Simply just the best location for disney vacation! This home is close to all theme parks, restaurants and shopping.
This was our first time renting a vacation home and It was a great experience.
The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
The community amenities were great and always available.
The location was close to all the main attractions.
The owner, Iverson, was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions and concerns.

We were spending time at the townhouse with a new baby in the family, so were 'home' most of the month.
Potential renters should know ahead of time that there is a limit of three cars that can be parked at the townhouse. This caused some issues for us.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was well-built, we never heard the neighbors through the walls, passing traffic was not really noticeable. The notes posted in the house were helpful (what to do with trash, parking, clubhouse key), though every one of them also had a warning on them that not following the rules was likely to cost us money.
We liked the gated community. There was a sense of security. The community is a mixture of tourists and full-time residents.
The townhouse was clean when we arrived though not spotless.
There are some minor repairs needed, slats are missing on the washer/dryer doors and the door handle for the closet on the ground floor bedroom is missing.
We would have like to have a security bar or additional lock for the sliding glass door.
We cooked the majority of our meals there. The pots, pans, etc. were adequate. The oven, stove and microwave were fine. Although there were plenty of knives, all were dull. The plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware were excellent.
We liked the jogging path, the community area, and the keyless access.
We enjoyed the hot tub. A man came by and cleaned it twice while we were there.
The most irritating issue we found is that the beds creak. A lot. Every time you move. Loudly.
For us, this was a much better alternative to a hotel, even to an extended stay hotel.
First we'd like to thank you for addressing the issues discovered upon our possession of the townhouse. Your place has a great deal of potential if the love and care is put into it. The townhouse is in desperate need of a paint job, the master bedroom right hand side blind is broken and needs to be replaced, there are three slats missing on the right louvered door to the washer and dryer, the hallways up the stairs, down at the landing right hand side walking to the kitchen that entire wall needs a paint. Someone without a doubt dropped and spilled stuff all over the wall from ceiling to floor. The furniture upholstery needs to be cleaned desperately, either cleaned or replaced. The chairs are soiled as well as the sofa. The furniture is no doubt original to the home and if it were I it would have to be replaced and given a fresh new look. New look more money in your pocket. The white kitchen table is all marred which can be taken care of with white paint. I replaced the loose and missing door knob on the downstairs hallway closet. The handle for the downstairs bedroom is in the top drawer of the dresser. As a homeowner you should be aware that HOA management seems to be lacking in keeping the community clean. There is garbage flying around, plastic, paper, etc. the garden beds are bare in need of mulching. I'm sure your $200+ fees in HOA is not being utilized correctly. Yes while we were there they had mulched out the playground areas for the children which is fantastic. The garbage collection area by the dumpsters was a sheer disaster! At any given time there was garbage thrown about the concrete floor by the dumpsters. It takes about 5 minutes to clear that up on a daily basis. My wife Diane and I went on a nightly walk with a garbage bag to pick up the flying paper and plastic we encountered along the way.
I am aware that this sounds more like a bitching novel instead of a glowing review but I'm being honest with you as I expect from our tenants here in Pennsylvania. The tile floor hasn't been cleaned correctly in a long time if you walk on the bare tile barefoot, the bottoms of your feet go black. There wasn't a bucket in the premise so we went out and purchased one just to do the floors and the water was BLACK from dirt. It took three times before the water had changed color. It really is a shame, because the place could be phenomenal if it were kept immaculate but that happens at times with absentee owners through no fault of your own
We had a great time at this condo. It was perfect for our family. It was nice having a crib and a high chair for our toddler to use and not having to rent one while we were there. The drive was about 20 minutes to any of the Disney World parks. Having an access code to get in was very convenient compared to having to use a key. We were expected to leave the place as we found it (which is understandable) and wash most of the towels and dishes that we used. Our only complaint was that we had to go and pick up dish and laundry soap, it wasn't provided. They also did not have any additional garbage bags available, which we understand is standard for condo rental but still would have been convenient to have just a couple extra bags. Hot tub was great after long days at the park!
Owner was very helpful ! Property needs to be updated - there was dirty spots on the furniture.
Everything was working in the house, but I was a bit frustrated with cleaning status.
