Short Stay in Vienna

Our host met us at the property, helped us with our luggage and showed us all the amenities of the rental. He followed up regularly to make sure all our needs were ment and even arranged for a taxi to the airport! The rental was located in downtown Vienna, very close to retail, restaurants and attractions. A great stay and fsantastic host made our time in Vienna very memorable.

Perfect for us two for almost two weeks

It's hard to say just how perfect this flat was for us. We had tickets to all the available operas during our stay. We hoped for easy pedestrian access to the (a-typical) venues for food, art, and markets. No disappointments at all. The lift was welcome at the end of the day. The size of the flat worked out nicely. In short, we thank Ali and his colleagues for making this flat available and so comfortable.

Fantastic Location. Cosy, but everything you need and close to it all

We stayed in October 2018 and found the location to be amazing. About 150m to the Vienna Opera House, yet the apartment was quiet as it faces an inside courtyard. Ali was the host who met us and provided excellent service, including a ride to the train station on departure. Yes, it's relatively small, but the layout is highly efficient. The bed is two fold-down 'murphy' style that equate to a queen (North American) size. Kitchen and washer/dryer worked out very well. We definitely recommend this apartment if you want to be in the core of Vienna, walking distance to virtually everything.

Your own little world in the heart of Vienna

We loved this apartment. It's right in the heart of Vienna -- just a few minutes stroll from the Opera House, Albertina Museum, Sacher Cafe and great restaurants. More than that, it packs a a great vacation lifestyle into its beautifully contemporary cozy space. A fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dishwasher, spa bath. And the extras are so lovely -- a bottle of wine, pasta, some breakfast cereal greeted us. We cooked several meals here -- even though great restaurants are all around. And I can't say enough about the service. Ali, the operations manager met us at the apartment and not only showed us around the space, but walked us to the neighborhood grocery store, pointing out favorite restaurants and cafes along the way. He checked in several times during the week to be sure we had everything we needed (we did), and he even arranged transportation to the train station for our departure. Our trip to Vienna couldn't have been bettter -- and this apartment was a large part of the reason why.

Perfect Location!

One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. Very well appointed, efficient apartment with everything one would need and more! Ali greeted us and introduced us to all the details. Very clean and quiet apartment, perfect for 1-2 persons and walking distance to everything. The apartment included a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water, a bowl of fruit, new kitchen supplies, environmentally conscientious toiletries, fast wi-fi. Exceeded our expectations. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to all our friends.

We began renting apartments in the beginning of April 2012 with the intention of using our apartments as complete serviced luxury places in the city center of Vienna. We would like to keep our guests in comfort as much as possible. That is why we are meticulous to give our best. Our first apartment in this business has almost everything for relaxation, cooking and working. We take care of our guests' requirements directly and all the services we add in the price per night are always available even where there are seasonal price changes. Our family is located in both the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Vienna, Austria. We work in both these cities running our family construction company under the name of Artuner Constructions.

Why they chose this property

We decided to use this apartment for short and long term renting after our company finished the renovation work. The location of the apartment brought a convincing idea for using the place as a vacation rental concept. The elegant touch and local historical feeling of the site is my personal favorite.
