Very dirty, shower faucet broken, screen missing/broken/bugs especially died horse flies,

We love Lakeland/Tahoe this unit needs a good cleaning and some repairs. Property management company told us they just haven't had time to get in and do a better cleaning. The rugs and kitchen floor was filthy!!!!! Stains all over the rugs, big buckle in the wood by the back door, very dangerous!!! Very disappointing.
