Having stayed in other units in this building, I was very much looking forward to a family break over Easter weekend. However, this unit was very disappointing. In the master bedroom, the bedspread had at least two old blood stains on the underside and there was a similiar situation in the room with the bunkbeds. In the queen bed bedroom, the ceiling fan was dangling loosely from the ceiling and made quite a racket when turned on. The kitchen was poorly stocked and the dishes were grimy and needed to be washed before using. On the balcony, there were dozens and dozens of hairs on the floor from previos guests. The chairs on the balcony were frayed and the table itself was rotting out. My daughter swept and mopped for at least an hour on the first day of our stay to make the place seem slightly cleaner. While I didn't call the rental company, I doubt that another quick go over by what is clearly a substandard housekeeping company would have made a difference. We ended up leaving early because none of us were comfortable staying in the unit when the weather turned nasty. I think what I learned is to go through the buidling rental office, which seems to have higher maintenance standards for the units.
