Two flat screen television sets, free long distance calls and internet access, a well equipped kitchen, your own washer/dryer, a nicely stocked library, and professionally laundered linens are among the amenities provided. There are two beautifully landscaped private patios with your own outdoor shower and barbecue. Beach access is just a few steps away which makes this a very desirable vacation property.
Right outside your villa, there is a spacious, tropically landscaped common area that surrounds the heated pool and provides a wonderful place to relax after a day at the beach. Climb up the spiral staircase leading from your patio to your widow watch and enjoy the view of the glorious sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. This is the perfect place for an Anna Maria Island get-away.
The villa is excellently managed and well maintained. Furnishings and accessories are frequently checked and are replaced or updated as needed. Some time ago some guest reviews mentioned a problem with sound coming from another condo and since then high quality soundproofing has been installed. Everything we can think of has been done to make this a carefree, delightful vacation spot that will make you want to be a return visitor.
