I've stayed at Mariner Pass many times in past several years. I've always booked through a owner so this was the first time going through a property management company. The rate advertised was great but the fees ended up being about the same as the rate so therefore the actual rate you see will be doubled. You have to pick up and return the keys 15 miles away in Gulf Shores. You get one parking spot so parking can be a challenge if you have more than 1 car. The unit was clean, and updated nicely. The t.v. in some of the bedrooms didn't get any channels it was annoying to some people with us but not annoying enough to call management company. I did call the management company about trying to help find the controls to the hot tub downstairs....I was directed to try and find a maintenance person...I didn't see anyone to ask... Love the view, could sit all there all day and watch boats go by. Even seen dolphins just about every morning.

We agree that the parking restrictions are challenging. We also apologize for other inconveniences such as the TV situation and the hot tub difficulties. We do hope that you will allow us the opportunity to serve as your Gulf Coast host on a return trip to our beautiful shore.

My family and I (7 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 kids) stayed here and we did not want to leave. It was very spacious and we did not feel cramped. We would definitely stay again but we would recommend some changes. The property only allows 1 vehicle per renter. That was a draw back. 2 spaces would be bettter. Also the check in office is off site and it doesn't allow for online check in. I wish that check out was noon. Otherwise we really liked the unit.
