My family recently stayed at this condo and we were disappointed in what we expected versus what the condo was. The condo needs attention from the owners. The kitchen chairs were wobbly and stained. The table in the living area was also falling apart. Some of the outdoor furniture was stained to the point we wouldn't sit on it. A couple of the mattresses were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. I expected more because I've stayed at the Mediterranean twice before, but this condo did not meet our expectations. On the plus side, the view is gorgeous and there was plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. I would definitely stay at the Mediterranean again, but I would not rent this condo unless it maintained better by the owners.
