Don't stay here!!! old, outdated, worn, filthy, smelly, bedding stained, very disappointing trip

Keypad didn't work, fire alarms were missing or hanging off wall, carpet was filthy, draperies unhemmed, falling off rods, refrigerator unlevel, doors stuck, front all beat up, I had to clean the condo before my guests arrived. I was embarrassed I'd invited 7 girlfriends for a long weekend to this place! Some electrical outlets didn't work, the stopper in one tub was broken and missing...those 2 quests had to borrow another's tub to bathe, toilet paper holder broken, the lamps are cheap, small, had 60w bulbs and it was so dark we couldn't see to read at night, 2 dining chairs were broken..an 82 y/o guest fell when sitting down for dinner bec chair had broken leg, glad she fell into table and not the floor! Fixture over dining table had a short in it,kitchen light broken with exposed wiring, mattresses & covers were stained, blood on a comforter, found a sweater folded up in sheets when a guest turned down the bed 1st night, another bdrm dirty socks and broken lamps found in closet, furniture taped together, several bedroom doors would not stay open, pantry door closed on me. I have a 5" bruise where it hit my hip. I have Lymphoma Stage 3 Cancer so the size of bruise is due to that but the bruise itself was because the pantry door hit me, TVs too small for rooms, there is sleeping for 8 but only seating for 6 in living area and table once we removed the 2 broken chairs, the furniture is all scratched up, the couch is unraveling, all the upholstered chairs are stained & nasty, the dryer works intermittently, the balcony floor is the dirtiest I've ever seen. Railing is rusted, the balcony furniture consist of cheap plastic chairs that didn't match and 2 were broken. Kitchen was well equipped, but again nothing matched, faucet was broken & a piece missing, crumbs of food, bread ties, dead bugs, candy wrappers were on floor around the bottom kit cabinets, walls all marked up, scratched, Phone doesn't work, linens are thread bare, carpet filthy, very stained & bulking up, a definite trip hazard. My guests left & my husband arrived for the rest of week..he bought covers for furniture and light bulbs..when renting a PENTHOUSE it should be in above average shape, be clean, things should match & work. Meyer should not rent this Condo until completely renovated, electrical fixed, fire alarms working. I will contact the BBB bec there are many complains online of these same issues from 2 years ago!! I have photos and will gladly share. This condo rates a zero

Dirty carpet and Roaches

This is the third time we have stayed in this condo. The condo is so pretty and the view is great. Each time I had complaints to management. Complaints were addressed: microwave not working, TV not able to get to work. Management was very speedy and helpful. However, all three stays I have addressed the very dirty carpet. Not just stains, but dirty. The same dirty spots were there a year later from my first stay. This time ------ Roaches.

Another small, but to some major complaint - This condo does not offer wifi. I would think that for the price of rental, wifi should be included.
