Live in Miami with my family... We all really enjoy coming out to the Island whenever we have the opportunity.
Joe purchased this apartment in 2002
I bought this apartment a number of years ago as a place to vacation with my family... I chose this location because there is no other place in the world as safe, convenient, and luxuriously comfortable as this island... This is the only place where I can leave my door open and let my kids, nieces, nephews, etc. wander about without ever having to think twice. Finding this hotel -- with all its amenities and quirky historic features -- was very much like finding a 'hidden treasure.'
After purchasing, I did a complete floor to ceiling renovation of the apartment. Hope you enjoy!
Walking on the beach everyday --- a ritual I savor...
Also really enjoy renting bikes from the next-door bike shop and exploring all the different nooks & crannies of the island.
And after an early-morning swim in the pool, you can't beat a morning breakfast at nearby Green's Pharmacy or the French Bakery!

We had a wonderful five-day stay in Joe's two units. The apartments are beautiful and everything has been updated. We shopped at the Publix across the street and were able to make some nice meals. The neighborhood is great and the beach incredible. And Joe the owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with!
I love staying here! Such a good location! Everyone who works in the building is so nice! It has everything you need!
Great location to beach along with the option of a pool too. Walking distance to most places on the island a plus. A short Uber ride to anywhere in West Palm Beach. We had never been to Palm Beach before & we had a wonderful time. The condo was great & you really didn't need to buy any necessities as they were all provided for you except for the food of course. Although there was coffee, tea & few other nice little extras that were provided. The grocery store was right across the street along with a couple of other little markets nearby. Make sure you read Joe's information that he sends you - it was very helpful if you've never been there before. We had a week of relaxation at the pool & beach & we also visited quite a few attractions around the area. From the Flagler Museum, the Mounts Botanical Gardens, rented bikes & rode all over the island, shopping in City Place, a 'Duck Tour' (an amphibious mobile) a day at the Everglades, & a day in Miami. Joe even checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. The front desk staff were also very accomodating to all our inquiries. You won't be dissapointed!!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment at the Palm Beach Hotel. An Old grand hotel and well maintained. Great location! A 5 minute walk to the beach. Also, plenty to do and see. Terrific restaurants, all within walking distance. Close to the Four Arts Centet (s must see), 10 minute walk to the Flagler museums. If you like to bike... right next door is bike rental place plus a wonderful French pastry shop. All and all a very enjoyable apartment....very clean and a very comfortable apartment.
Joe, Your condo lacked absolutely nothing ! You even included a toothbrush and toothpaste. It is a lovely condo and decorated so nicely. I would certainly not hesitate to stay again. The only change I would make would be a longer stay. I must confess: I packed up most of your coffee and cocoa and they are now in my kitchen. I arrived in syracuse this afternoon and am now checking e-mails. I see there are 1 or 2 from you assuring me I could call you if I needed anything. You just took care of everything , so i really didn't need a thing. However, I "almost " did phone to find out how to get the humidifier out of 75 back to 55 !!!!! Once more I would like to thank you for being so considerate and for making the week so enjoyable.Everything was immaculate upon my arrival and your "homey" touches were so nice. The owner was very attentive and anxious to ensure that our stay was a good one. The information given ahead of time gave an accurate and informative overview of the available restaurants, places of interest, and shopping areas as well as where to park. Once you've discovered the free areas near the hotel it is fairly easy to leave your car on the street nearby.
The area is attractive with a beautiful beach (lots of shells) only steps from the hotel. There are good restaurant choices within walking distance although a bit on the expensive side. More affordable choices are nearby but would require a short car ride of 5-10 minutes.
The condo is as described and the pics provided give you a sense of space and cleanliness. We have stayed here for a month and find it suits two people quite well. Very nice place.
Would recommend this place to a couple seeking a getaway that is quiet, but with lots to do.
