If you're not much for walking, the provided bicycles are the perfect way to roam around town or to the beach.
Offering two levels and 1880 square feet, there is plenty of room for families and couples alike. Two bedrooms upstairs share a full bath, office and seating area. The large master bedroom downstairs features a newly remodeled bathroom. Enjoy your meals in front of the fire in the dining room or the breakfast nook. The private backyard provides an excellent setting for a family BBQ or a quiet moment with a glass of wine.
Due to the street parking and busy nature of the street, you may have some difficulty with visibility backing out of the driveway. There is a gate, but you will need to manually open and close it. Please practice caution.

Had a great time in Santa Barbara! The house is convenient walking distance from shops, restaurants and situated for easy uber pick ups. The yard is gated and private with parking off street. The house was stocked with everything you would need to be comfortable. The pictures don't do the house justice! We definitely plan to stay again!
We had a wonderful stay at the house. The location is extremely convenient (walk to the Pier, walk to restaurants and bars, walk to the beach) and we made good use of the bikes (could use a little tune-up but absolutely fine). The house is extremely well taken care off and wonderfully equipped and stocked with everything you can dream of. Extra towels, pillows, blankets, beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...you name it, it's there! We were not inconvenienced by the proximity of the freeway entrance, nor with the noise for the street, which we were a little concerned about but was a non-issue. We will be back!!
We recently stayed at this great home. Plenty of space (3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms) and within perfect walking or biking (4 beach cruisers are there to use) distance to State St. and Stern's Wharf. The property manager was readily available if needed. We did plenty of research planning our stay and are extremely pleased we found this home!
As other reviews state, the house itself is charming and thoughtfully appointed. While the location is convenient to downtown, what is not clear from any of the information provided, is that the house is on a freeway access street so there is MAJOR traffic - and in a neighborhood that is best described as "mixed" with lots of foot traffic as well. I feel strongly that these factors should have been disclosed as they affect the feeling of comfort and safety.
It is well appointed with all your needs taken care of from beach chairs and towels to bikes and every kitchen tool. There wasn't a time we wanted something and we couldn't find it in the house. It is a busy street with traffic and noise but, you have the convenience to all.
We stayed with our 1.5 and 3.5 year olds in this amazing house. We loved the layout, it was very helpful when it was time to put our daughters to bed, everyone got their own room so that the adults weren't sentenced to an early bedtime. We barely used our car (just once to go to the zoo), we simply walked to all the restaurants, parks/playgrounds and the beach. Such a fantastic location. Clean, super spacious and charming decor with everything one would need at home. Definitely recommend.
