This Elk Ridge townhome is the perfect spot for your family vacation.

WARM and INVITING from the moment you walk through the door, you will feel right at home. It is a SHORT DISTANCE TO TOWN and a VERY CLOSE, EASY, AND SHORT WALK TO SNOWFLAKE LIFT. The walk to the Snowflake lift is approximately 200 yds.

The shuttle stop is also right across the street from the town home.

~How far is the walk to the Snowflake Lift?

The Snowflake lift is approximately 200 yds from the town home. It is at the corner of Four O'Clock and Kingscrown.

~How far is the walk to town?

It is about a 6-10 min walk down to Main Street. It is an easy walk on a side walk. Walk times will vary depending on the weather.

~Where is the nearest shuttle stop?

The nearest shuttle stop is right across the street from the town home. You can see the stop from the back deck of the town home.

~Where is the nearest ski school for the kids?

The closest ski school is just up the street (1-2 min) from Elk Ridge. It is at the Base of Beaver Run at Peak 9.

~The UVHOA pool is accessible for this unit. It is open as long as the mountain is open and during June, July, and August. It is a 5 min walk, or a 2-3 min drive from the unit.

~CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM & CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 PM

Great Stay

Everything is as described, and the property was excellent. Booking was a breeze and we had confirmation on our refund on the deposit by the time we were back in Denver. We had a family gathering at the property and everyone (12) slept comfortably and mentioned how spacious the townhouse is. Only downside is parking with large groups but that is clearly called out so no complaints.

The Property is very nice and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay with our family and the townhouse is very nice. My husband and I had the upper level bedroom. You needed to have the windows open because of the heat and the only downfall is it was quite noisy from neighbors on the deck right below the windows and street traffic behind the townhouse. The 3 bedrooms on the lower level were quiet and cool. It would be great for skiing with the ski lift being within walking distance.. I enjoyed walking up the ski runs above Snowflake Dr.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your response. We love hearing you had a nice time! The close proximity to the ski runs is a wonderful thing! In regards to the upstairs bedroom. We do understand it can get hot. The nature of heat is that is rises and the upstairs bedroom can get warm. Using the ceiling fan in that bedroom helps to cool it down along with the additional fan in the house. To be clear, the deck right below the windows of that bedroom is the deck of the same town home. The street behind the town home is a side street. We do understand the noise from the side street may have been more, because the timing of your stay was one of the busiest weekends of the year. Again, thanks so much for your time and feedback!

Great family reunion

We just returned from our family reunion and had a wonderful time. This townhome was perfect for our extended family time. The multiple televisions were a nice feature too. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck BBQing and enjoying the hot tub. The home was very quiet, and clean. Spring time was the perfect time for our reunion.

GREAT VACATION WONDERFUL LODGING

My family and I had a wonderful time in this lovely clean home. The fall colors highlighted a vacation of a dream. We enjoyed sitting in a perfect hot tub with a glass of wine looking out at the golden trees and amazing Rocky mts. We were able to let the children go alone to explore the town as the bus stop was a short distance from the house. The property manager was immediately available to answer any questions. She was so personable and we felt comfortable asking her for directions and ideas how to best enjoy our time.

The unit we stayed in was perfect for entertaining some other friends who were staying near by (in much less perfect of a home!). We want to come again next year and will definitely ask the property manager to give us the same place. It was wonderful. Nancy from Scottsdale

Better than the description

We are just back from our weeklong ski trip to Breckenridge and our stay at Elk Ridge. I had some concerns about an early season ski trip but we had great conditions. This unit was ideal. I must stress that the free bus stops at the unit less than 15 yards from the front door. The 2 minute bus ride will take you to the bottom of Peak 9 or you can take another bus to Peak 7 or to the main Gondola station. If you must jump right on a lift you can walk about 75 yards down to the Snowflake lift. Our family of 9 had lots of space to eat and hang out. The furniture is in good condition and the unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. The property manager was very responsive during the entire process. Finally, nice the hot tub was my recovery system so I could ski 6-7 hours each day.
