I have made five attempts to contact both VRBO, the maintenance staff, front desk, and the condo management team with still no response to the requested maintenance that we asked for as soon as we arrived at the condo.
There was a leak coming in from the sliding glass door in the bedroom. The carpet was soaked and we didn't sleep in that room the whole 7 days we were there. We took the mattress off of the bed and slept in the living room floor. I sent a request to maintenance via the report a maintenance issue app. No one ever responded.
There was a dead roach in the living room floor which was supposedly vacuumed the day we arrived.
Because of the soaked floor, there was a heavy stench in the condo the whole week.
The condo has not been updated in several years. The mattress and box springs were dirty with some unknown substance that was brown. The kitchen light takes about two hours to come on if it ever does.
The whole place looks like it was left in the 80s and was never updated nor maintained.
I never make complaints like this but because I have made several attempts to report and get this resolved, I am forced to express my concerns here.
