Very saddened by this rental
I stayed here with my partner and grandmother for a family vacation back in May. We were all super excited to be here because the other part of my family was just on the floor below us. Checking in was a nightmare because there was no guidance at all. It told us they would send us a code but in reality you have to drive/ walk over to a building to get keys until you can get in. Which we got past the time it said we could because it was being cleaned. The views from this condo are absolutely beautiful. The best part of the place. The cleaning did not happen as they said. The tables were filthy and the hall way has two OBVIOUS food particles on the wall. The coffee table we cleaned ourselves so when my nephew came up we could play a game and the rag was so dark from it not being cleaned. I could deal with all of this. But the most RIDICULOUS and absolutely aggravating part of this trip was our last day. My partner and I flew out early and has to leave for the airport around 5a. Which left my grandmother the only one at the condo. As we were taking our things down my partner and I realized that our keys weren’t working anymore. At 5am when check out was still hours away, my grandmother tried hers and it didn’t work either. She was stuck in the condo for the last 5 hours of her trip because she had a key that didn’t work. When I called to complain about this the only excuse I could get from “customer service” was we must have had them too close to our cellphones.. which is not true. All three stopped working the exact same morning and worked fine late into the night our last night. The rudeness we received when confronting them with our issues is what made it hard to believe we had just spent a 1,000 to stay in a condo which was filthy and has workers who made you feel more like a pest then a guest.
