In the apartment you can visit the city quietly, becouse you have everything around you, you can see a lot of important place, without take taxi or bus
the apartment is in the heart of Rome, in the pedestrian area and very quiet altough you can arrive by a little walk everywhere: the main monuments of the city, teatres restaurants, shops of famous griffe (Fendi Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Versace etc.) outlets, pharmacies, supermarkets, hospitals, shops of natural food and kosher, kosher restaurants, pizzerie, pubs, spa and a lot of others attractions.
We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment for 4 nights in July with our 2 teenage children. The location is perfect, tucked on a nice side street but still steps away from the Pantheon and the surrounding square with several restaurants, market, etc. The inside of the apartment is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything met our expectations - bedrooms, bedding, kitchen, supplies, AC, etc. Rome was our second stop of 4 cities and having access to a washer was great! The 4th floor offers some wonderful views of the city in various directions. Highly recommended!
This gorgeous apartment is spacious, centrally located right by the Pantheon and filled with light. Antonella is sweet and friendly and she provided everything we needed for breakfast which made things very easy, especially that first morning in Rome. She is very responsive and was a delight to work with.
The beds were very comfortable and the AC was effective. There was good water pressure in the two showers and very little street noise. The only downside to this apartment is that there is no elevator, which was not a problem for myself or my daughter, but was a challenge for my 80 year-old mother.
If I visit Rome again, I would happily stay in this beautiful apartment.
This 4th-floor apartment has the best views imaginable, tall ceilings, great decor, A/C, washing machine, a USA-sized refrigerator, and lots of extras provided. Antonella stocked the fridge with eggs, yogurt, juice, and milk. She also provided crackers, apples, bread for toasting, jelly, coffee, olive oil, sugar, etc. Hairdryers were provided too. The WiFi worked inconsistently, or in certain parts of the apartment. Surprisingly, we were not bothered by street noise at all. The A/C worked great and the windows and thick walls kept out the noise. There are 109 steps to walk up to get to the apartment, challenging when we were carrying luggage up, but otherwise, no problem. I can't say enough about the great location of this apartment. We walked everywhere...to the Forum/Colosseum, the Vatican, the Jewish Ghetto, and Trevi Fountain. It is very close to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Campo di Fiori. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is reasonably fit for stair climbing.

Great apartment - amazing location. Enjoyed the visit in this apartment with my husband and our two teenage girls.
Easy access to pantheon , navona, trevi and campo de'fiori. Also quick walk to Argentina bus hub to catch buses to Vatican and RomaTermini ( infamous bus 64 !).
Antonella was lovely - easy to communicate with by email , and in person once we arrived.
Can't wait to go back ! Would absolutely stay in this apartment again without reservations ( despite the 109 steps).
We just arrived home from our stay in Roma. We had a lovely time. We really were fortunate the weather for December was like early Spring, and the apartment was everything we had hoped for.
It was clean, spacious, comfortable and homey. Antonella was a lovely host. The art work on the walls by the host's husband, added to the beauty of the home.
We are a family that loves to walk so the stairs were fine with us. As promised we were close to everything.
We went out each day to the markets and found wonderful things to make for dinner. ( We are of Italian heritage and love to cook}) We enjoyed the shops, the cafes and all the sites but really loved coming back to such a lovely place to relax, share our evening meal and enjoy our family holiday.
All the positive reviews were no exaggeration, this apartment is a real fine and would make any ones say in Roma special.
The location is great, right behind Pantheon, central to all, which makes virtually all the major sights walkable. But not too much noise. Easy walks to Piazza Navona, Campo del Fiore, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, etc. Neighborhood has cafes, restaurants and small markets, and small winding streets with low traffic. The view from dining area and small kitchen is spectacular, and Windows swing away to bring Rome right into the apartment. Apartment is clean and simple, beds comfortable, kitchen functional, big enough for 4-5 adults (two bedrooms, one w large bed, one with 2 twins) and a pull out couch. The climb up will get your heart going. If you plan well you can easily make the climb a once-a-day event. Only problem we had was third bed had no sheets but Angelina dropped them for us at local restaurant . She was very responsive via Email before arrival and during our stay. Wifi worked fine. I would definitely return to this flat!
