Spring break trip

Overall this is a nice property. The condo was right on the beach and convenient to everything. That being said, it could do with some updating. The appliances were a bit rough when operating them. The washer and dryer combo were very noisy. The chain on the toilet in the guest bathroom got stuck, but my husband was able to fix it easily. Both the toilets did take a long time to fill. The couch and love seat weren’t the most comfortable. Older people would have a hard time getting up off of them. Also, it would have been nice to have more than old plastic chairs for the balcony area. Overall, we had a good time and like the Destin area.

Clean Not........

Everywhere you look was under construction, I can overlook that the but the filthy floors was a bit disgusting. Our feet were so black from walking on the floor and when i went to find a mop I can see why it was so dirty there was no need to try to use it. For what I was charged for a cleaning fee I feel I was a little ripped off Very Disappointed Makes you wonder how clean anything else was.............

Loved the Kitchen!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo with an amazing kitchen!! The huge countertop made for convenience! The unit did not have a microwave but 1 was supplied just 10 minutes after calling the front desk! Very prompt service, nice people, great location, and would definitely stay again!

Construction bummer but beautiful location and condo

The property was under heavy construction the entire time that was loud and a bit invasive and we were not aware of that when the condo was booked.
