Home in gated community, 2 shared seasonal pools and hot tub. Master suite with bath, king bed. One bedroom with Queen, and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Gated patio area for relaxing outside. One car garage for small to medium size vehicle. Extra parking outside, garage will not fit large SUV or Truck. Home has been completely remodeled, new paint, carpet, appliances. New furnishings, 3 flat screen TV's. It is a wonderful location for executive on business, groups of friends or families that want to be close to the strip but not stay in hotel environment. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Dog is welcome with approval.

Enjoy traveling, and we have stayed at numerous vacation home rentals around the world. I am a travel consultant and have experience in the hospitality business. Love to experience the places we travel like a local and enjoy the culture of the neighborhoods and area we are visiting. Also enjoy traveling with friends and family which is why we started renting homes instead of standard hotel rooms in tourist areas.

Why Natalie chose Las Vegas

We love Las Vegas for the desert landscape, as we are from the Midwest and enjoy escaping the cold winters to Las Vegas. We stayed in numerous Las Vegas homes before purchasing this property and decided that is was a great location for us to enjoy and share with other travelers. Close to the strip, but can escape and ski at Mt Charleston, explore Lake Mead, hiking at Red Rock, Valley of Fire. Also can drive to the Grand Canyon, Palm Springs CA, Los Angles for a night. We enjoy the shows, restaurants, casinos and diverse activity in the Las Vegas Valley.

What makes this house unique

Location was the key for us in purchasing this property. It is a easy 5 minute drive to the Las Vegas rental rar renter, 10 minutes to the airport. Quick drive to the Strip, M Resort, Silverton, and many other local casino resorts. It is in a residential setting with many developments nearby, including all the amenities needed. Plaza on corner of development, and can walk across the street to the Southpoint Casino for gambling, drinks or dinner if don't want to drive. Views of mountains from street and upper level of home, quiet gated neighborhood. A rare find near the strip and airport.

Great place, great people!

We loved our stay! The house was well equipped, clean, and really homey. The pool was incredible, small but private. We would definitely recommend this house and the owners were wonderful! We would come back in a minute! It was close to the action, but in a relaxing area.

Beautiful home

The house was everything I expected! The neighborhood was quiet and clean... safe to walk out at night. The house was well furnished, spacious and clean overall the location is a perfect distance from all the craziness in the strip only 20-30 minute drive. I will definitely come back.

Owner's Response: Thank you for great review. More than happy to have you as a guest again, offer discounts to repeat guests. The Strip is 4 miles from house, not sure if you meant downtown Las Vegas when said 20 to 30 minutes. Usually with traffic 10 minutes to Luxor or South end.

Great Location and Comfy

Property was equipped with everything we needed. We arrived late at night and property was EASY to find and ACCESS. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Lots of space for a family of 6. Kids loved the tub in the master bathroom.

Away from the business of the strip but a close drive to get there. South Point Hotel was walking distance but we drove cause it was too hot for us.

Natalie was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Just an FYI for parents: the water gets very hot quickly. So definitely be careful with the little ones.

Will definitely stay here again.

Great house! Highly recommend it.

If we could give this home higher than a five stars, we would. It was perfect! We arrived late at night after a long day of travel. We were delighted when the entrance procedure sent by the owner worked flawlessly. We walked into a clean, well cared for home that was EXACTLY as it was represented. The pictures are spot on.

Natalie, the owner, was in frequent communication. The home has a well stocked kitchen. There were cleaning supplies, detergents and soaps, wraps and foils, coffee and other basics, so we didn’t have to go out and buy everything.

Beautiful hiking and desert scenery located at Red Rock National Park 30 minutes West.
