The trail isn't down the street or in the neighborhood it's In the back yard. 6 minutes to Bretton Woods and 12 minutes to Canon. The property boasts 3 king size beds with four bedrooms and a loft, sleeps 10-12 in beds. 10 foot solid wood dining table seats up to 12, ideal for large family gatherings. Radiant heat in the basement with catalytic wood burner ideal for those frosty nights. Three smart flat screen tvs with wide channel selection. Brand new rustic skip peel pool table. Giant pass thru field stone fireplace in the grand room adjacent to kitchen with Granite countertops. Unique head turning taxidermy completes the dramatic grand room. Plenty of closets and storage with 4 bedrooms and a loft. Elevated covered porches on two levels with local mountain views, and 56 foot farmers porch. Plenty of parking with two driveways. plenty of kiln dried wood provided for firepit in back and pass thru fireplace. Gas grill provided. Large selection of cable channels provided on all three tvs. Washer and dryer available in the downstairs bathroom room. The geographical location doesn't get any better, property is located 1:45 minutes North of Manchester NH, 2:45 minutes from Boston in the heart of the White Mountains. 12 minute drive to two major ski areas, Bretton Woods & Cannon Mountain. Within 15 minutes to the town of Littleton with all amenities, Walmart, Home Depot, TJ Max, diners and cafes. Within 35 minutes of Santa's Village, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Storyland, Mount Washington Auto Rd, The Flume,Whale's Tale Waterpark, and the world famous Mount Washington Hotel. Snowboard, ski, flyfish,swim, hike, hunt, snowmobile, or just enjoy the sites of this great New England Region. About The Owner

Entrepreneurial dreamer that spent all seasons in the White Mountains as a child. My family owned homes in Attitash, Conway and Bretton Woods when I was a kid and an adult, owning a Log Home has always been my lifetime dream. I live in Medfield and work in Boston for employment, but would prefer to be making a fire in Northern New England. This is my families unique mountain getaway, we are skiiers, cyclist, boarders,hikers,motorcyclist and snowmobilers. We love to entertain friends and family at this magical location, hopefully, I can meet you if you rent my log home. If not, I have wonderful neighbors that will greet you. They may even take you on a snowmobile tour and provide a home cooked meal. Rumor has it that they are drafting a menu. People think I'm nuts renting my new creation, but the cost of a second home like this has to be offset in some way. Anyway, renting becomes a fun hobby where I meet interesting people. Why The Owner chose White Mountains

Over the years the builder of my home studied log homes and built something custom that stands out from a typical kit offered by a manufacturer. I'll think you will agree that this is a true custom gem. The home is made of four different wood species native to Northern New England and two that are not. Eastern White Pine, Spruce, Hemlock, White Cedar, Red Cedar, and Teak make up the home. Overall, a large custom offering that stands out from A kit home. Modern features include radiant heat, high efficiency condensing boiler, on demand unlimited hot water, Andersen windows and high R rating insulation. Wood burner on lower level and two side stone hearth fireplace in grand room.

What makes this house unique

The creator spared no expense in constructing this standout offering. The pass thru field stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the house and can be used by the renters. A lot of new construction skip the expense. The insulated concrete block and radiant heat make the basement cozy, dry, and comfortable. The exposed beams, round 18 inch log interior, custom railings, are all indicators that the creator went all out on this one. Located directly on the snowmobile trail adds to this very special property

We had a great time at Three Kings Cabin. It was a freezing cold weekend so we were glad to have such a nice place to stay indoors. Walter & Kelly Hinds were very helpful as this was our first time ever doing VRBO. Highly recommend.

The house was great and a vert short drive from Bretton Woods, where we skied during our stay. Plenty of room for our whole group, the house is clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful house!

Nine of us celebrated the upcoming New Year in this beautiful house. Location of this house is ideal, multiple hiking and cross country/downhill ski trails nearby. House is very clean and well-maintained, even bed sheets are much nicer than in most of the rental places. I would, definitely, recommend the place to friends and family. It is a little expensive, but worth the money. Looking forward to stay at this house soon and enjoy it!
