The unit is fully furnished, average 953 square feet in size, and consists of 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom and a smaller one which was previously a den) and one bathroom.
It can welcome up to 6 people, thanks to a queen bed in the master room, a full-size bed in the second room and a sofa bed in the living room.
Full kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (microwave, oven, stove, fridge and freezer) from WOLF and SUB-ZERO.
In the living room, a sofa and 2 lounge chairs will pleasantly welcome you, as well of the dining room with 6 chairs.
There are 2 flat TV screens in the unit, one in the living room and another one in the master bedroom.

Nous avons passé 10j à miami très réussis dans le quartier d'affaires de Downton. Une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer sur South Beach.
Le Viceroy est très adapté pour un séjour en famille.

Les prestations Valet, Spa, salle de sport et piscine sont très haut de gamme, comme l'accueil à l'entrée de la résidence.
Its a perfect spot to enjoy Miami at full.The property is spotless and very comfortable.Bedding is very good and all amenities pretty enjoyable.The size is ideal for short or longer staying and the building has it all.I wouldnt hesitate a second for coming back as soon as possible.Special mention to Sophie and Yael very kind owners and very involved to all needs and issues that might come up

O apartamento, que acomoda confortavelmente um casal e mais duas pessoas, fica nada mais nada menos que no Hotel Viceroy, um dos mais luxuosos e
transados hotéis do centro financeiro de Miami. Super bem localizado na Brickell, no próprio Viceroy fica o Fifty Night Club e o Cipriani, e ao lado de restaurantes bacanas como o Truluck´s (delicie-se com seu krab gigante), e bem próximo da Mary Brickell Village. Com uma vista deslumbrante , uma gigante e deliciosa piscina, um spa agradabilíssimo , o Flat é muito bom para desfrutar o que Miami tem de melhor,
The appartment is perfect, very bright, nicely decorated and evererything was very clean when you arrived. Everything you can think about is provided (towels, soap, trash bag, tea,olive oil...). The facilities are amazing (pool, spa...). It was a perfect stay. I highly recommend Yael’s place.
My wife and I are seasoned world travelers and Yael's apartment in the Viceroy Miami is our favorite place we have ever stayed. We chose to rent Yael's property over others at the Viceroy because of her courteous and professional manner when we contacted her. Some of the other listings didn't return our inquiries for weeks and were not forthcoming with information, while Yael responded quickly and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole booking process.
When the time came to arrange the logistics for our arrival and departure, getting the keys and everything, she was super flexible, communicative and made it very easy.
The apartment itself is very nice, clean, modern and inviting, with comfortable beds, extra sheets, blankets and pillows, washing machine and dryer, wi-fi, cable TV, a kitchen fully stocked with all the high end appliance and kitchenware anyone would need. The balcony has a beautiful view of the water and of the nicely lit up buildings of the Brickell neighborhood in downtown Miami.
Everything in downtown Miami is a quick walk, taxi or monorail ride away from here. Super convenient. There is a Publix grocery store nearby, tons of retail and lots of incredible restaurants. Many of the nearby restaurants deliver as well, so if you never want to leave the building you are all set.
The reason I mention never leaving the building is that once you go through the beautiful lobby and see the beautiful apartment with beautiful balcony views, you go to the 15th floor rooftop and are blown away by the most serene, stunning and relaxing environment one could imagine in the middle of a big city. Flanked by what seem like giant bonsai trees, the hot "tub" is the size of normal pools at many hotels and provides an absolutely sublime soaking experience that is unmatched in our travels. Continuing across the rooftop is the infinity pool (apparently the largest pool in Miami) that seems to drop off in to the bay. Past that is a terraced section with full beds that invite you to relax forever in the warm bosom of the Viceroy. If you can bear to leave the pool area and step inside, you are greeted with a magnificent full service spa replete with marble floors, showers, bathrooms and more. You can enjoy the eucalyptus steam rooms, dry saunas, hot and cold tubs, mint and cucumber infused water for rehydrating yourself and other treats.

We stayed 2 months in the condo and definitely recommend it for a stay in Miami. Everything in the apartment was in perfect condition, the building has top notch facilities (pool, gym and spa not overcrowded). Location is perfect and views from the terrace amazing, in the heart of Brickell Avenue and with easy access to I-95 highway to go anywhere. The owner was very attentive and responsive at all times.
This high-rise dominated residential part of downtown Miami gives young professionals a similar lifestyle to living in an American metropolis. Brickell may seem like a highly commercialized district at first, but if you dig a bit deeper than the yuppie and Latin mainstays, you’ll find a couple of gems.
