The apartment is a huge fully furnished and fully outfitted serviced temporary residence 3-bedroom apartment appointed with executive level furniture, elegant home furnishings/accents, state of the art electronics, luxurious linens and towels. The apartment is outfitted with a very comprehensive kitchen, housewares, and cookware package. Our apartment is a luxury 3-Bedroom / 2-Bath apartment with a living room sleeper sofa, located right in the heart of the very trendy Ballston, Arlington neighborhood - just minutes from Mid-DC! It is located just one block from the Virginia Square METRO station on the very convenient Orange Line, just outside of the DC city limits. It is 4 short METRO stops into mid-DC - less than 8 minutes on the METRO or by car.
Apartment: The apartment is located in a newer, modern high-rise building. It is a spacious 3-Bedroom / 2-Bath full-size apartment at 1457 sq. ft. The in-apartment amenities include - over-sized picture windows, walk-in closets, and track lighting. The apartment offers essential amenities like wall-to-wall carpeting, ceramic tiled baths, crown molding, a gourmet kitchen, and abundant storage space. The quality of the furniture and housewares in our apartments is head and shoulders above our competition.
The apartment Kitchen is a full kitchen with full size appliances including a built in microwave, dishwasher, gas range, stove, pantry, and a full size refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker. There is a washer and dryer in front hall closet of the apartment.
The Living/Dining Room is spacious with a full size sofa, accent chair, and coffee and end tables. The large dining table with 6 dining chairs seats 6 comfortably and there are 2 extra padded folding chairs located in the front hall closet. The sofa folds out to a very comfortable Queen sleeper. The Living room has a gas fireplace and a small balcony/observation deck.
The TV package includes expanded digital cable channels, all HD channels, plus Starz HD. The living room TV is a 42“-HD 1080i flat- screen Smart TV, the bedroom TV is a 32” HD 720i flat screen, and the stereo plays iPhone/ iPod. The Living Room TV is internet accessible so you may watch your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. The private in-apartment Wi-Fi is free of charge. The apartment phone system includes free nationwide long distance, free local calling, and voicemail.
There is a King size bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen size bed in the Second Bed Room, two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a very comfortable Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The mattresses are Double Pillow Top. The sheets are 400 thread count Egyptian cotton. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. There are 2 full bathrooms. There is a soaking tub with shower in Master bath.

Ballston, Arlington is a very hip and trendy urban young-professional area and this building is right in the middle of it all. There are many restaurants, clubs, shops, and activities within close walking distance. Ballston Mall is 3 blocks away and a Harris Teeter and a Safeway mega- grocery store are each within 2-3 blocks of the property.
Parking: Secured access underground parking at the property with secured apartment elevator access is only $10/night per vehicle - if purchased in advance for the entire stay.

This is a newer high rise building in the heart of the hip and trendy Ballston area.
VALUE - The rental rates at this property are much less than mid-DC rates, but the building is just minutes from the heart of mid-DC on the METRO, and thus a great DC Visit Value.
FAMILY FRIENDLY - The building and neighborhood are VERY family friendly!
QUALITY – Our apartment quality is far ahead of any of our competitors – Our furniture, housewares, sheets, towels, linens, and electronics are far superior to any in our market.
AMENITIES - The property has a Fitness Center, an Executive Business Center, and a Grand Club room with an adjoining billiard room. The Grand Clubroom opens out to the poolside patio area that has patio furniture and gas grills for you use.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – We are a small family run business each person here to serve you is an “Owner”.
POOL - The property has MAGNIFICENT 2-tiered double swimming pool with cascading waterfall between the 2 tiers. There is also a poolside Jacuzzi
VIEW – We have only upper floor apartments with great views. Several select apartments have DC Skyline / Monument Views.
The 3br 2bath was a good choice for our family stay, including one toddler, parents, and grandparents. The beds were comfortable, heat was easy to adjust, and we never heard the elevator, although it was located very close. The building was secure, with access through the front door and garage maintained with electronic keys. We used the washer/dryer and dishwasher as we had already been in the area for 5 days, and stayed in this apartment for another 5. There's a public library just a block away, which was a great rainy afternoon activity with our toddler, and a good place for grandparents to read the newspaper. Although the metro was right nearby, we chose to use a car due to our plans, and the garage was well-lit and very clean. When we had a few problems, the apartment management were responsive. We would stay here again.
The Ballston Arlington 3br 2b was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 during our 4 day birthday trip to the DC area. We were located on the 13th floor close to the elevators and never once heard a noise outside of the apt. This was a lovely space for indoor family time with room for all, comfy beds and linens, and washer/dryer for our convenience. This was also a perfect location with a metro stop close by, resturaunts, shopping, and day spas. The parking was a bonus with this apt! The building staff were completely helpful and friendly. And Mark at Zen Hospitality was simply the best at making sure we felt welcome in our home away from home! Thanks for a DC birthday celebration to remember!!! We will certainly be back again!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. My husband had a conference in Baltimore, but we chose to stay closer to DC so we could do some sightseeing during his time off. There were 5 adults and two small children (1 & 5) in this condo and we all felt like we had a ton of space. When we arrived, the condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The building and staff were very nice. Use of th parking garage was great! It was so nice not having to search for street parking at the end of a long day. They had a little market downstairs to get last minute items, but there was a Harris Teeter a short distance away. It was close to a coffee shop and the metro. DC was a short drive by car (about 15 mins when traffic was light).
We really didn't have any major issues. The owner was very professional and prompt with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for what we needed.
We rented the 3 bedroom for 5 nights to be used by six people. We had requested early check-in so we asked if the unit was all clean and ready for us when we arrived and we were told it was. When we got inside the unit we were not happy with what we saw. The carpet in the living room and hallway had large, dark stains and it was filthy. The kitchen floor was gritty so it hadn't even been washed. Both bathrooms and the kitchen need renovations. This was by no means a gourmet kitchen. Some cabinets were cracked and didn't close (kitchen/bathrooms); there was a hole next to the kitchen faucet either for a sprayer or soap dispenser but there was neither; bathroom faucets needed to be updated because they were corroding; grout in the showers and around toilets needed to be redone; toilet in master bathroom needed some adjustment when we arrived and fireplace unit was broken. There were no pot holders and only 1 dish towel. There were 2 broken dining rooms chairs stuffed in the closet and the 4 remaining chairs were on their way out too. Contacted Barbara (who was on site) from Zen Management Group immediately to show her all the issues. She wasn't much help except to say they could come in and clean the carpet and it would dry in 4 hours. This was unacceptable since the remainder of our group was arriving shortly. She then proceeded to make excuses for all the other issues. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and the location was great. It was a short distance to a couple metros, many great restaurants and the Ballston Mall. We all had a wonderful time visiting all the sites in the area. Hopefully the unit gets renovated before it is rented again.
We rented the 3 bdrm/2 bath apartment and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartment worked perfectly and we found everything we needed already provided in the apartment. Thank you for that!
The location was ideal with easy access to the Metro and the Front Desk Concierge was very helpful, providing us with much needed information.
Staying at the apartment really added to our DC experience. Thank you for helping us with the delivery of the needed stroller parts. You definitely went the extra mile and we appreciate it very much.
The only complaint we have is time went too quickly. We wish we could have stayed longer!
We stayed here for a week with our two teenage kids. The complex was perfect for our needs. The condo was in excellent condition and was well-appointed. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. There was an in-unit washer & dryer and they provided detergent.
We stayed on the 12th floor. The view was beautiful. We only had to walk 2 blocks to the Virginia Square/GMU Metro station. Grocery stores and restaurants were a short walk away. We parked the car in the parking garage and never moved it until our trip was over.
The concierge staff were very friendly. In the lobby was fresh coffee in the mornings and cold water in the afternoons.
Be aware - for people with allergies - this is a pet-friendly apartment building. Residents with dogs ride the elevator. On one evening, there was even a meet & greet for pet-walkers in the lobby. It was great!

There are several restaurants, a large park and a public library right across the street.
