Villa In Pineta Di Roccamare With Private Beach

Inside the wonderful Pine groove of Roccamare at few steps from the beach you can instantly get the maximum relax.
This property is the half of our home and it is composed by
three king bedrooms, three bathrooms,one livingroom, one kitchen, one patio in front of the garden and a private heated swimming pool.
The private beach is exclusivelly for the guests of the Pineta of Roccamare. The beach front is wild and natural, private hut with table and benches and one cabin are available for our guests only : it’s wild, no noise, no mass-tourism, just Nature. You will have your own private hut by the beach and some beach beds.
You'll never forget your walks into the pineta and then in the beach during the sunset or early in the morning !
Roccamare is a 365/24 gated controlled access community limited to owners and guests only.
This Paradise is just one hour far from Siena and Pisa, two hours from Florence and Rome.
Near Follonica there is a little village "Venturina" where you can found the beautifull Thermal swimming pool and SPA. the name is " il CALIDARIO" only 30 minutes from Pineta di Roccamare.
If you love the Nature, you will adore Roccamare.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie gaben viele Tipps zu Märkten, Restaurants und Ausflügen. Auch wenn die Vermieter auf dem gleichen, sehr großzügigen Grundstück wohnen, hatte man das Gefühl, allein auf dem Grundstück zu sein. Der Strand ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang mit kleinen Kindern gut zu erreichen. Es ist ein sehr schöner, langer Sandstrand, der, da flach abfallend, gut für Kinder und Nichtschwimmer geeignet ist. Das Haus und die Lage sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Sehr erholsame Ferien

Wir hatten einene wunderbare Woche. Die Hingabe der Vermieter war sehr deutlich zu spüren. Sie waren sehr herzlich und sehr hilfbereit. Die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön. Es hat alles was man braucht.

Es ist absolut ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und können sehr gut Englisch! Die Lage ist einmalig, sehr gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück- das ganze Gebiet umfasst ca. 200 Häuser mit privatem Strand. Anfang September waren viele Häuser verlassen, der Strand fast leer, das Wasser noch schön warm. Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Villa in einzigartiger Lage im Pinienhain mit Privatstrand

wunderbare Vermieter, die im anderen Trakt der Villa wohnen; seines gleichen sucht der eigene Strand der Villenanlage, mit je einer schattenspendenden Schilfhütte! Ottimo!
