This small, one bedroom house is well furnished, updated appliances and bathroom. Fine laundry room. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed as well. Snow was removed promptly on two mornings of my stay.
House was very nice. Quiet and shady residential street. Easy access for me to downtown, the river, various parks and the airport. I will stay here again on my next trip. The host was accessible, friendly and cheerful.
Me and my dad stayed in this vacation home during the Christmas holidays and we could not be more pleased with it. The house was clean and had everything that we needed, it was close to the light rail and the owner could not have been more helpful! If we come back to Minneapolis, we will definitely stay here again.
Last year my family and I moved back to Minneapolis after being overseas for a year. Because we didn't know what area we were going to live in we decided to rent a vacation home. The home was in a great neighborhood and the home had everything that we could ever have asked for. What made the house even more special was the special care that we received from the owner. He welcomed us the day we arrived and checked on us regularly to see if there was anything that we needed.
My husband and I stayed there for 3days for my birthday. When we arrived we were met by the owner who showed us around a very nice man. Told us if we needed anything to give him a call and he would be over. It was great knowing that he was so close. The home was beautiful inside. A fruit bowl was on the table for us, a beautiful vase full of fresh flowers, bottled water in frig and a basketful of candy bars. It had a firepit and hot tub which we enjoyed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Can't wait for our next visit to the Minneapolis area so we can stay there again.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house in the Longfellow area of Minneapolis. I can't imagine that we would ever stay anywhere else! The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and convenient. We were in Minneapolis for a wedding and this home was perfect. It is very close to downtown and public transportation yet it is in a quiet little neighborhood that seems miles away from the big city. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. There was bottled water in the fridge; soap, shampoo, razor blades, etc. in the bathroom; laundry detergent for the washing machine and dryer sheets for the dryer; fresh fruit and flowers on the table; well, just everything you might need. If there is something missing, the owner is easily accessible and more than willing to help. It is a terrific rental that we would recommend to anyone. We have rented homes from VRBO in different places around the country and this one is our favorite!
