This exceptionally clean and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo features spectacular views of the Pensacola Bay from the living room, master suite, and rear balcony. You and your guests will also enjoy amazing sunsets from your private balcony when you visit during the late Spring, Summer or early Fall.

Although the condo is less than two miles from Casino Beach which is the primary location for shopping, restaurants, night life, jet ski and boat rentals, charter fishing companies, public fishing pier and other entertainment options, you can still relax at this relatively quiet and uncrowded location. The condo is also within walking distance to one of Pensacola Beach’s most well known seafood restaurants, Peg Leg Pete’s.

Other amenities of this modern and well-appointed unit include a fully equipped kitchen, flat panel high definition TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, DVD player and Bose surround sound in the living room, quality linens and bedding, and a table with four chairs on the balcony. A private bath with a garden tub is located in the master bedroom. Sleeping arrangements for six people include one queen bed, one full size bed and one queen size Serta pillow top air bed featuring automatic inflation with a quiet "NeverFlat" pump.

The condominium complex includes an outdoor pool, private sandy beach, pond with fountains, and private fishing pier exclusively for guests and residents of Baywatch Condos. Parking is available for a boat or small RV. Covered parking for 2 cars is provided exclusively for this unit.

As a resident of Pensacola, I have always enjoyed spending time at the beach. Pensacola Beach has so much to offer to people of all ages. A bad day at the beach is better than a good day away from the beach.

What makes this condo unique

Walking across the street to the Gulf of Mexico to relax and enjoy a day in the sun, or taking a walk along the water at sunset are the things I enjoy the most while staying at my condo. I also love listening to the waves gently lapping onto the shore of the bay while watching the sunset from the private balcony. This condo is truly my home away from home, and I take pride in keeping it well maintained and comfortable for myself and also my guests.

My classmate and I came down to complete internships in Pensacola. Duane's condo was luxurious but comfortable for the two of us. He was very helpful in getting the housing arranged and answering and any questions we had in a very timely manner. Excellent location and very nice place to be! Thanks Duane!

This condo is even better in person! Very cozy, amazing views and right across the street from the beach. Very clean and we'll taken care of, super comfy beds. If you love to fish this is the spot! Nothing bad to say what so ever will definitely be back!

Great place, great location and a great value!

We really loved this place. I have stayed at many condos in on sacola beach over the years and I think this is my new favorite. It has a good floor plan and is nicely furnished, very comfortable. Six of us stayed there so I was afraid it would be cramped but we didn't feel that way. I particularly liked that it was lica5ed on the calm shallow bay yet only across the street from the gulf. Also it was nice to be able to walk down to Peg Legs for a bite to eat or Tom Thumb for drinks when we disnt want to drive into town. There was an issue with the fridge but Duane was quick to respond and has been a great communicater from the time of booking.

Very nice and well taken care of

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Unfortunately, thanks to tropical storm Cindy, we spent a lot of time in it. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home! The private fishing dock was a lifesaver since our fishing trip was cancelled due to the storm. We were able to walk out and fish in the bay. The swimming pool that we never thought we would use was also a lifesaver for my son since swimming wasn't allowed during red flags, he spent a lot of time in the pool. When we checked out, I forgot my make up bag so I called Duane, he immediately got a hold of the cleaning lady and she was very quick to meet up with me to get it back. I was very impressed with how easily that was taken care of for me. We will definitely be back to stay next year and will be very hopeful that we don't have to deal with another tropical storm. The condo helped us to make the best of a crappy situation. Thank you Duane and we can't wait to stay again!!

Clean, Well-Stocked, Beautifully Decorated, That View

I want to preface my review by saying I was very hesitant to do this. I'm a hotel guy and have never considered staying at someone else's property before. Here's my review:

We felt like we were at home. Everything was just as it had been explained and we enjoyed the aminites of the condominium and the closeness to the beach. Duane was great with communicating to us and even recommended a beach to us that ended up being our favorite part of the trip. You are walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's and mere seconds away from the beach. My daughter loved waking up early and hunting for hermit crabs on the bay side. Definitely a trip we will never forget and will stay here if we ever come back.
