Fantastic!!!

So many great things to say about this unit - the location is perfect, situated by shops, restaurants and a great market in close proximity; Arnaud and Sabah were both super friendly, accommodating and quick to respond; I felt very safe; nice shower; close to the metro; comfortable bed; quiet; central....and the list goes on. No complaints! I stayed here for a little over a month, and hoped to extend my stay further but it was already booked. Thanks Arnaud!

A fine choice in a wonderful neighborhood

Overall, the green apartment on Rue Jean Mace is a fine choice if you are looking for a very convenient location in a charming Paris neighborhood. Easy walk to two great metro stops. Direct bus line to Gare du Nord. Apartment is on 4th floor, with elevator access. Lots of light from large windows in bedroom and living room. Furnishings are a bit tired. Sofa is not a bad mattress, but terribly uncomfortable for sitting. Reading light is minimal. Great shower and washer/dryer. Kitchen was very user friendly. Within two blocks are a number of great restaurants, bistros, grocery stores, and one of Paris' finest patisseries.

Charming little flat in a really nice vicinity

Everything is fine, situated in a quiet street, ideal for exploring Paris. Just a walk to main things and a very good metro connection to every were. Food is provided from a close by super market and fresh food by a daily market near by. Love this spot.

Great apartment in a great Paris neighbourhood

The Green apartment is a perfect spot for those looking for the 'real' Paris experience. Situated in a cool, up and coming neighbourhood this is a great place to set from when looking for an authentic Paris stay. Great restaurants and cool bars nearby - highly recommended!

Lovely Apartment

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this apartment over the New Year holiday. It was clean and well equipped. We like being in a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. We liked it so much that we are planning a return trip in July with our son and his family. Nothing but good to say about this apartment!

Great apartment in excellent location

The aparrtment met all our expectations and was an excellent base for our Paris experience. The metro was just around the corner and there were lots of local bars, restaurants and cafes to have a relaxing meal in the evening! The beds were comfy and their was plenty of hot water!!!!! Thanks Arnaud for the advice and help for our return trip. We'll definately be back.
