The free shuttle bus operates all year round a convenient service every 15 minutes (winter) 25-30 minutes (summer) to the village.

Relax in the brand new hot tub out on the sunny and spacey patio after a long day on the mountain, or gather in the large, comfortable sofa in front of the gas fireplace. The living room is decorated with lovely artwork from the local artist Mark Richards, and the townhouse is furnished throughout in a traditional Canadian west coast style. In the living room you will also find a flat screen TV, DVD player and some board games and playing cards. The fully equipped kitchen is newly refurbished with granite counter tops and new appliances. Another nice feature of the kitchen area is its heated granite tile floor.

The adjacent bathroom has a shower and jet tub. Its floor, shower and counter top is finished in granite.

There are washer/dryer facilities for guest use, and laundry detergent is provided. The townhouse includes one parking space in the locked garage area and another guest parking space also indoor. Baby sitting, baby cots, food & wine delivery and ski lift passes can be arranged upon request and at additional cost. Please inquire.

For summer guests there is only a short walk down the hill to a beautiful beach at Lost Lake. There are three golf courses in the vicinity. The closest one is Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club just down the road. There is fantastic mountain bike riding possibilities both for extreme riders and for normal skill levels with beautiful, scenic routes both in the valley and on the mountain. Whistler Village itself has a lot of interesting activities going on both summer and winter. Here you’ll find something for everyone.

You will be met by the property manager on arrival and she will answer any questions you might have. Welcome to a pleasant stay at Arrowhead Point #1.

About Marianne Soiland & Ian Barron

We are an Irish&Norwegian couple who loves to be active outdoors. Found our dream spot here in Whistler in 2010 and bought the townhouse in 2014. We just couldn't get enough of this lovely spot on earth. This is a great hideaway from the busy oil industri which occupies most of our time in Norway.

Marianne Soiland & Ian Barron purchased this townhome in 2014

Why Marianne Soiland & Ian Barron chose Upper Village

From Arrowhead we have easy access to all our favourite hobbies: snowboarding, biking, photography, hiking and flyfishing. The home is situated in a very tranquil area with lovely views, but has immediate access to ski lifts, bike trails and Whistler Village itself if needed.

What makes this townhome unique

Quiet area, sunny and bright, spacey patio, warm and cosy indoor feeling. And not to forget - a very competent and local property manager who is responsible for everything to be in immaculate condition for every guest.

Great Location

  • 4 of 5

We had a terrific family vacation in this townhome. We didn't use the car during our whole stay. Between the ski in/out access and the convenient bus system, we could get anywhere easily. There was an issue with the washing machine - which we were told was going to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Whistler family ski trip 2018

  • 5 of 5

This is our third time staying at Arrowhead Point and this was by far the best accommodation. The boot room as you enter the house is super warm and dried all our gear every day without any problem, the boot heater did a great job of warming the boots up prior to a days skiing, the beds were very comfortable and under floor heating in the bathrooms was also nice to have, hot tub worked a treat also.

All the comforts of home, plus a hot tub!

  • 5 of 5

Arrowhead #1 was perfect for our family of 4 snowboarders: 2 parents, 2 teens. Each kid had their own room and we had a lovely suite with a deck on the second floor. All bedrooms were very bright and comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were modern and well maintained. We used the hot tub on the beautiful sunny deck daily. We enjoyed relaxing on the huge comfy couch by the fire. We ate many meals in and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Wifi was good. The ski/ski out access was just what we needed at the end of some great days of riding. Highly recommended, wouldn't change a thing

Updated and conveniently located

  • 4 of 5

There were many positives to this rental and only two or three negatives that would NOT prevent me from booking there again.

The condo was very updated in the kitchen and bathroom in the lower level. The only recommendations I have would have on the interior would be providing TV's in all the bedrooms and we found the beds in all three rooms weren't very comfortable.

Location was great to the village, the shuttle which runs every 10-15 minutes goes right by the condo and you truly do not need a car. The downside we rented two cars and due to the busy weekend when we arrived parking was difficult to come by as the owners keep a car in the garage spot and they only provide one additional parking pass.

The ski in ski off was really ski off right to the door, the ski on you had to walk about 100 yards up to the coast resort to ski on. I only mention this in case you are looking for a condo directly on the slope as this is not directly on the slopes. You can however ski down directly to the condo via a trail which is well marked at the end of the day. This was not a deterrent for us but am only mentioning as sometimes ski on/ski off can be misleading.

Note to the owners if you put a couple king updated beds in the guest rooms I would have provided a 5 star rating as we really enjoyed the trip and the beautiful condo.
