4256 Beachside II is a newly furnished and recently updated beachfront condo located on the beach side of Sandestin Resort – just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our 5th floor unit offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast, plush furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished balcony overlooking the sand and surf!

The fully equipped kitchen features newly painted cabinetry, granite countertops, a new tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Designed with relaxation in mind, our spacious living area offers brand new furnishings, an HDTV, and access to the private balcony. Our spacious bedroom is the perfect retreat after a long day of fun in the sun and offers a luxurious king bed, an HDTV and a fully updated ensuite bathroom with new vanities, new flooring and an updated walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. There is additional sleeping in the dining area on a twin daybed with twin trundle, perfect for one or two more guests to enjoy and not have to worry with a pull out couch. For your convenience, 4256 Beachside II offers complimentary resort tram service, high-speed WIFI, keyless check-in, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Beachside II offers a seasonally heated swimming pool, a grassy lawn with BBQ grills, an on-site fitness center, and direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach hut or bring them from home. In addition to all the amazing amenities at Beachside II, guests can enjoy all that Sandestin Resort has to offer. For the golfer, there are 4 championship golf courses. For the fitness buff there are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14 tennis courts, basketball courts and an on-site fitness center. The 98 slip Marina will satisfy the water sports enthusiast with kayak and jet ski rentals. Climb aboard the Solaris dinner cruise boat for an extraordinary evening of live entertainment and fine dining set against the backdrop of a picturesque sunset and shimmering waters. Shoppers will delight in a variety of specialty boutiques at The Village of Baytowne, Grand Boulevard or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. For those in need of a little rejuvenation a full-service spa is available. Jolee Island offers nature paths, rock climbing, water slides, pirate ships, and tree houses. At the end of the day, The Village of Baytowne offers casual dining, fine dining and live entertainment whether relaxing at the pier or dancing the night away in a nightclub.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
