This apartment has just been renovated and is newly furnished. built in 1830, this Charleston single house has all modern amenities, a modern kitchen, newly tiled bathroom with washer and dryer. Enjoy the breeze from the private second floor porch. There is off street parking and the beaches are only about 20 minutes away.

Gleaming hardwood floors, mantled fireplaces, lot's of natural light and a great floor plan if you are traveling with another couple. One bedroom is at one in of the apartment and the other bedroom is at the other end with living/dining, separate kitchen and the bathroom in between.

Any cancellations must be made 7 days in advance in order to be refunded your reservation deposit.

Very nice accommodation

I was unable to go....but friends stayed in my stead....the report I got was that the apt was a basic, very clean accommodation in a great location. I appreciated the professionalism of the owner Lois who gifted my husband and I One night free because we were unable to attend and we had paid for the accommodation. We look forward to staying there at a later time when we can go.

Charming historical house

The apartment was very clean and walkable to downtown attractions. I'd definitely recommend it for two people or two couples. It was a bit smaller than I thought it would from the photos. But had most everything you need. It didn't have a toaster oven which we missed in the morning! Overall, nice.

Owner's Response: The apartment has a full size oven, a full size refrigerator (one year old) and a full size dishwasher. We have a toaster, a microwave, and a blender. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes. Also, some of the top “new” restaurants are located in the neighborhood.

A cute piece of Charleston!

This apartment was perfect for a weekend getaway! It had plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. It was nice to be able to have a spacious area to park in the back and not have to worry. We got engaged this weekend so this place will always be special to us. What a perfect weekend!

It was nice, just what we needed it.

Great location and Lois was very responsive. Since its an older home it can get a bit warm during the day in the hot summer months but hopefully you will be out and about exploring the city.

For a quick weekend trip it was perfect. Walking distance to King St. Or an $8 Uber if you prefer.
