About this property

Cassidy Lane by the Sea is a fully equipped 2 bedroom Rancher ... a spacious Oceanfront Unit designed for privacy. The home is in a safe area, situated on a 1.5 acre property, that offers magnificent views and sunsets that go on forever! A 2 minute stroll along the oceanfront takes you to a very private and park-like Spit on the Lepreau Basin ... a great place for canoeing and kayaking. The area is perfect for cycling!

The vacation home is very bright with a large entrance foyer and laundry area, a spacious open-concept living/dining/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large deck has a BBQ and spans the front of the house overlooking the ocean. Another small apartment, for our occasional use, is on the other side of the home. Entrances, balconies, parking and outdoor areas are entirely separate and private.

The unit is fully furnished and includes a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, washer & dryer. There is HD satellite television as well as WiFi internet (phone is not provided). The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with staple food items. Dishes, cutlery, linens and towels are supplied ..... just move in and enjoy!

The bedrooms each accommodate 2 people (2 queen beds). Total sleeping accommodations allow for 4 people.

A Little Piece of Heaven

20 Cassidy Lane is a wonderful, cozy property boasting spectacular views ! Our hosts were very welcoming providing all the information we required to make our stay a great success. The property is spotless, well equipped and quickly feels like home! We had the most wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.
