Saunter out of the main home through the living room onto the deck through the pool area. You will gaze upon an inviting, heated pool - complete with fountains. If you feel the need to venture out of the refreshing water, the pool is surrounded by a wonderful deck including cozy patio furniture for your further relaxation pleasure. The outdoors of this unit is dotted with little touches of tropical artwork and design. There is a fully tiled wall which camouflages the necessary pool components which make your experience in the water more comfortable. Your friends will be envious of the tan you will acquire here!!
Just a short stroll across the pool deck will bring you to the back 'bonus' guest house. A private 1 bedroom abode with an en-suite and more of the luxury appointments you can behold throughout this beautiful property. It's a surprise just far enough away from the main house to afford great privacy and just close enough to allow you to be involved in anything going on in the main house and pool area. The best of both worlds!
The main living spaces of this property are paneled in Dade County pine throughout which adds to the allure of this property. The Living Area is highlighted by Cathedral Ceilings, wicker furniture, a ceiling fan, and a generously sized flat screen TV. Connected to the Living Room is a furnished dining area which leads to the kitchen. The open concept of this unit gives a feel of great flow between spaces. Your kitchen is one that is that is truly every chef's dream. The kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite countertops, glass pane cabinet doors, beautiful pendant lights over the bar area, and loads of style.
The home has lush tropical foliage including palm trees and other beautiful native plantings and entices you to 'alter' your state from the hectic to the heavenly. Inquire and Enjoy!

Very nicely equipped home and lovely separate guest quarters! Very well thought out redesign. The concierge concept was wonderful although there were no issues to speak of they did have reliable referrals! The pool is to be envied as is the set up. We did think an outdoor shower would have tipped the scale. Only negative is Eaton street is very noisy which renders the most forward bedroom the only negative! We hope to return next May again!
On first arriving, the house was warmly prepared and abundantly supplied with everything we could want in a rental. As we made our way back to the pool, the already quiet part of town began to get even quieter. This property is like its own little island in Key West. The location couldn't be better. It was a very short walk to Duval Street where much of the action happens, but far enough to not be kept up late if you need a good night's rest. It's just around the corner from the marina where you can find shops and restaurants. In addition to the popular spots, we found so many other quaint hidden gems near the house. There's an amazing bakery LITERALLY across the street where we ate breakfast almost every day. There are a cute pair of bikes provided with the house that made getting around the island an absolute breeze. It's only a couple miles across Key West so walking wouldn't take long anyway; but bikes make the little trips more efficient. We were also superbly pleased with the upkeep of the house's amenities. Staying in Key West is already a joy, but this property makes your vacation so much better. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to truly find the meaning of relaxation!
