If your party is more than six individuals upon arrival, your reservation will be cancelled immediately and your $400 security deposit will be held. Owners reserve the right to terminate lodging. By sending a reservation request you agree and abide by our house rules.
We hope you love our home as much as we do, and ask that you respect our belongings and property with care. We pride ourselves in providing each and every guest with a clean and comfortable place to stay. Please help us keep it this way by abiding by the following rules.
* Be courteous to our neighbors by keeping noise at a tolerable level.
* No shoes on the furniture.
* Turn off outdoor lights before retiring for the night.
* if you need to sleep on any of the couches use the sheet that is in the hallway's closet to fully cover the couch and cushions.
* No burning of candles or open flames.
* No smoking indoors. If smoking outdoors, please use provided ashtrays, dispose of cigarette butts properly and be careful not to start a fire.
* Supervise your children.
* No parties or gatherings of any kind *
PLEASE INFORM US of any visitors that may arrive by sending us a quick text or email so we are aware of anyone outside of your party that may be entering our property. Please, no overnight guests. If your parties size changes after check-in the additional guests must first be approved (guests will not to exceed a whole of six people total) and will pay our regular rate of $15 per person, per night. Your reservation will be modified and you will agree to immediately accept the alteration, otherwise these guests will be asked to leave.
WHEN LEAVING FOR THE DAY, please be sure to:
* Turn off all lights, TV and heating/cooling units.
* Unplug chargers and hair styling devices after use.
* Close the garage door when arriving and leaving.
Please do not rearrange furniture or remove anything from the house. Do not write on or vandalize walls, light switch plates, furniture, documents, etc., or modify any of our possessions in the house. Please do not leave anything behind. We do charge a cleaning fee with every reservation to clean the house after your stay, but please be mindful and do your best to leave it close to the way it was when you arrived.
If any of these rules are broken, your security deposit will be held. If for any reason something is broken or doesn't work, notify us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, concerns, or for any other reason.
Long term renters: we provide you with a starter set of shampoo/conditioner, body wash/lotion, paper towels/toilet paper, and dish/laundry soap. It is your responsibility to purchase your own goods after that.
$100 for cleaning fee (14 days or less) $150 for more than 14 days (x each month)

The house is in a residential location. No apartments, no high rise buildings around. People are friendly, take good care of their homes, tend to the gardens and keep the neighborhood safe.
Close by are Restaurants, Groceries, Pharmacies, Malls, Movie Theaters.
It is close to the Freeway 101, 118 and 405.

The house is extremely well located. Impossible to feel overcrowded. Large spaces. Equipped for a group or family with all the comfort and ready for them to start a vacation or a transitional stay.

Has 1900 Sq Ft of Space well distributed with a nice setting.
The double garage and the laundry inside the house are a plus.
I must start by saying that Cathy is a lovely person . The reception at home was very nice. The property is exactly what you see in the pictures. The property is in excellent condition , very clean and tidy. It has everything you could need for either short or long stays .The location is very good, in a very quiet neighborhood , 3 blocks is a shopping center where you can find everything you may need , market, shopping and even could find gifts to take back .We spent a very pleasant week and have had the opportunity to do at this property was one of the special things we enjoy, it is a quiet , cozy and comfortable. We return to this place without a doubt.
We LOVED our stay at this delightful house in Woodland Hills. Everything was just perfect. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. The bathrooms are very nice, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and cookware, and is attractive. The spacious, comfy living room area was perfect for our late evening TV binges, after busy days in Los Angeles. It was great to have a complete laundry area right there, off the kitchen, too. The cozy patio area is so sweet, too. We appreciated how convenient this rental is to everything -- grocery stores, restaurants, highways, shops. The owner is lovely, and a great hostess. We definitely plan to return.
The owner was most helpful in making sure everything was perfect for our stay. This was one of the best vacation home we've every rented. The house is beautiful and the location is great. Thank you for helping us have a fantastic time.
We had a nice stay here in this house in a fairly quiet area of Los Angeles. The house was comfortable and clean and it was particularly nice to arrive to a bottle of wine, nuts and crackers. Thoughtfully, the house had all the utensils, pots and pans necessary to cook and even the refrigerator was stocked with a few breakfast foods. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
This house was very comfortable and well located near a variety of supermarkets and other shops. The house was extremely clean and well provided. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, and pan necessary for our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space to put our things away.
Cathy was a pleasure to deal with. She had thoughtfully provided us with some breakfast food, which is unique in our rental experience. She was there to greet us upon arrival and she was there to help us check out.
We highly recommend this place and plan to stay here again on our future LA visits.
We had a wonderful stay here in this beutiful house in a calm area of Los Angeles. Comfortable and clean house and it was specially nice when we arrived to the house and found fruit, bread, creme cheese, cockies and flowers in the house
Jogging, biking, skating, hiking, golfing, swimming and enjoying the beaches are the main attraction close to the house.
It is in a residential area but close to many Theaters, 2 Main Malls, Parks, Libraries, Ice Skating Ring (seasonal).Close to Universal, Getty Museums, Beaches, Golf Clubs, Fitness Centers..........
We are very close to Hidden Hills and Calabasas where many people from the film industry live.
And also to 'THE COMMONS SHOPPING CENTER where you'll find many famous who live in the area shopping around or just
relaxing and having some coffee at THE CORNER BAKERY or
The JAPANESE GARDEN to walk around, TOPANGA for horse-riding,
