This inviting home has an open floor plan with comfortable family room furniture, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. The kitchen comes complete with everything you should need. The master bedroom has a queen bed, sitting chair in the bay window, dresser and mirror, TV with remote, a triple door closet, and an en suite bathroom. Down a separate hallway is the guest room which also has a queen bed, a chest of drawers, a computer desk, and a TV. The main bathroom is bright and full of light. I can’t think of anything you would need that this home does not have. You can just move in and enjoy!
The private, picturesque back yard is warmed by the afternoon sun all the winter months! You'll love the desert landscaping! ! A walled back yard provides security and privacy allowing you to enjoy the extended, covered patio with a gas barbeque as well as a table and chairs. The landscaped front and rear yards have automatic irrigation systems, and maintenance is included. No smoking.

We had a fabulous time in this rental home!! Cheryl thought of everything!! So close to shopping, groceries, pharmacies, fun, restaurants!!! We MISS it!! So much privacy and wonderful area!! Would definitely rent again!!!

My wife and I have stayed here for the last 2 years (Feb & Mar). The home was well maintained in excellent condition. A perfect location for Sun City Grand. Our stay has been most enjoyable.
This property is a charming 2 bed 2 bath property, very well maintained. It was very clean and there was everything in the property you could possibly want. It was ideally situated for shops and a few restaurants and also the Village Centre of Sun City Grand. We were greeted by the owner's parents who not only showed us round the property, but also showed us around the surrounding area.
The back yard was large and had a patio with table, chairs and a girll + the added extra of being entertained by the visiting quails and rabbits.
We really enjoyed our 4 week stay and would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone thinking of renting on Sun City Grand.
Sun City Grand is a premiere adult living community in Arizona offering an active, fun, friendly resort lifestyle. Activity Cards can be purchased for:
1 to 3 month lease = $125 per person,
4 to 6 month lease = $150 per person,
