This 5 star unit is a modern high-end 2 bedroom, 1 bath 2nd floor oasis that features a chef inspired kitchen, spa whirlpool bathtub & shower, whole house filtered water (yes, you'll be showering with filtered water!), an audiophile 5.1 system with 52" HDTV, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, AppleTV, Air Conditioning, Washer, Dryer, a private off street parking space, a small outdoor patio area with 4 stools and a BBQ, keyless entry, beach chairs & beach cruiser bikes provided free of charge and more.

It's open & bright and has peaceful palm tree views! Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen bed as well and there's also a convertible couch bed in the living room. The unit comes with one private reserved parking space and the doors to get into your unit are keyless. All you do is enter in a special 4 digit code to open!

Location, location, location: it's a stone's throw from everything that makes Venice Beach famous around the world:

• 3 blocks to the main entrance of the Venice Beach Boardwalk

We used this as a base for our PhD studies. It's in a great location to grab a quick bite and comfortable enough for us unwind after long days. Kevin is a great communicator and made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay.

Superb location, quality and service

Myself and family of 6 (3 adults and 3 children) stayed at Kevin's property - we wanted a property of high quality and excellent location close to the beach and shops. This is exactly what we got !... the appartment is of a very high quality (lots of lovely finishing touches), the quality of all the fixtures, fittings, decor and overall look / feel is excellent - really enjoyed it.

Kevin was excellent from the moment of enquiry of reservation through to checking out.... excellent communication, help, assistance, advice - really made the whole experience trouble free (even when I made a mistake on my last payment with my email - Kevin diagnosed it and was excellent - we sorted it very quickly).

I would highly recommend this property to anyone

We strive for peace and quiet in each of our 3 units and have set quiet hours from 11pm-8am. Therefore, please know that this unit is NOT for parties or late night loud noises. If that happens, you will be asked to leave and you will not be refunded your unused portion. I hope you understand that this is done so that you and all our neighbors will have a good night's rest :)

** This is a non-smoking property. Any smoking inside property will result in a forfeiture of deposit.

** Dishes & cookware & BBQ must be fully cleaned by guest if used, else additional cleaning fee will be assessed from security deposit.
