There is no compromise with any of the features which include 4 living areas, a chefs kitchen, gorgeous indoor/outdoor living spaces and alfresco dining. The house has a wonderful sense of space surrounded by a private garden and huge spa area that is total fenced and private from the outside world.

The open plan design comes with an amazing vault between the ground and upper level which really gives an overwhelming sense of space. Whether you are visitingSt Tropezto celebrate a special event, entertaining friends, sharing a break with the family or simply indulging in the extravagantspace you will not be disappointed. The excellence in design and the quality of finish is second to none throughout the property. Even with maximum guests the property has a great sense of space and many living areas that enable privacy or simply some solitude.

The kitchen and dining zone is exceptional in terms of functionality and size. The kitchen will satisfy every aspiring chef. On the ground floor there are 3 separate indoor living rooms as well as a gorgeous outdoor alfresco and undercover lounge area leading to the spa.Two ofthe indoor living zones offergas fires as does the outdoor lounge. A separate theatre room is an ideal kids retreat. On the upper level is another lounge area that makes a gorgeous landing and entry to the sleeping quarters. Again this area comes with plasma TV and offers yet another area to escape.

St Tropez accommodates12 guests in absolute comfort.On the upper level is the master suite plus4 very large bedrooms. The master suite has generous proportions and is complemented with an oversized bathroom and a large walk in robe a definite retreat. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and bedrooms 4/5 have 2 single beds in each. There isa large central bathroom. On the lower level is bedroom 6 which is furnished with a queen size bed and shares a large central bathroom. The lower level also boasts a powder room.

This grand property located perfectly in the best precinct of Blairgowrie with an easy walk to the beautiful front beach and the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron. The property is also a short 2 min drive to the wonderful Blairgowrie shopping and caf strip. St Tropez is the perfect residence for a wonderful year round escape.
