Come enjoy our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the Gulf of Mexico!

Our second floor beachfront condo faces the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the sunset every night from your own living room! Situated on a quiet part of Redington Beach. The condo grounds are beautifully landscaped. The large heated pool, Bar-B-Q grills and sitting area are meticulously kept

Our 'non smoking' condo is comfortably decorated and well appointed. There is a large master suite overlooking the Gulf of Mexico including a private master bathroom with king bed and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath off the hallway. This floor plan is unique in the building. Only 5 of the 20 units have this special layout!

The large fully-equipped kitchen has been home for many family reunions and weekend get- a-ways.

There are many great little restaurants in close walking distance from the condo. The Redington fishing pier is a quick walk from our unit. This is a quiet beach community known for its wide, beautiful white beaches, and quaint neighborhood shops!

Ample parking. Elevator access. Equipped with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, games etc. The unit is 'well appointed'.

Our unit has a 'non smoking' policy and does 'not' allow children or pets. Please respect our request.

About Kim

Our condo has been in the family since the building was built. It's on a lovely, quiet part of the North Redington Beach. My husband and I enjoy coming out every opportunity we get. We love to spend time at the beach with family and friends. We live in Tampa, which is just across the Gandy Bridge.

Kim purchased this condo in 1980

Why Kim chose Florida Central Gulf Coast

What is so special about this condo, is that my in-laws were one of the original owners when the building was first built. My husband and I planned our wedding one weekend out here, many years ago. We are about to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It is full of wonderful memories, walking on the quiet beach, swimming in the warm gulf waters, sunning, swimming and napping by the pool...most anytime during the year.

What makes this condo unique

Our favorite spot in the condo is the comfortable balcony where we sit most of the time and read, enjoy a cocktail, and listen to the soft sound of the waves on the shore, the birds flying by...and most of all where we watch the amazing sunsets. It is a slice of heaven...You may not want to leave!

What a great beach place!!!

This was a great rental. Kim was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to my questions before our arrival and she made some great suggestions while we were there. She recommended the Gulport Tuesday Fresh Market. It is a nice Old Florida town with quaint shops and artisans, we really enjoyed it. The condo is stocked with anything you could think of. We have never stayed a a place so well stocked. From kitchen utensils, pantry supplies, and bathroom necessities this place had everything. It even had everything you would need on the beach, chairs, umbrella, toys and games for kids. It is near many restaurants and markets and couldn't be in a better location. We go to Florida several times a year and will stay here again.

Perfect Beach Experience

My husband I recently stayed at The Shores on North Redington Beach in Florida renting from Kim. The condo was perfect! Everything we could have needed or wanted was readily available and the condo was clean, quiet, spacious, and inviting. The pool and the beach are beautiful and the shelling is fantastic! Kim is great to rent from and she is easy to contact with questions or concerns.

The Shores is well maintained with plenty of parking. We have been going to this beach for more than 25 years but have never stayed in such a great place. The view from the balcony is stunning. We will be back next year and hopefully many years to come. We found the perfect get away!

Great condo on the beach. It met all our expectations.

We were very impressed with the condo; very clean, well maintained and had many extras certainly not expected. We loved sitting on the balcony watching beautiful sunsets, moon shining on the water at night, nearby restaurants and entertainment, and meeting many other friendly guests we look forward to seeing next year. The friendly atmosphere at "The Shores" was a uniqueness not found in large condo complexes. Kim is very friendly and provided all the amenities for our comfort as though she was entertaining us in her home. We look forward to making this our annual getaway.
