If you choose Seawatch VIII for your vacation, you can expect a much more private and peaceful beach experience than you would get at a high-rise condo with a pool and elevator. You'll have plenty of beach space to set up your towels or play games, with a direct view of the ocean, not blocked by a hundred other beachgoers. You won't have noisy neighbors coming down the hall at all hours of the night, or have trouble finding parking. But fun activities like Garden City Pier or the Pavilion are just outside your door.
This unit has a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a breakfast nook dining area, and living room with pull-out sleeper sofa on the main floor. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with two twin beds and a closet, a full bath, and washer/dryer. A unique spiral staircase leads to the loft bedroom upstairs, with a queen-size bed, full bath, and a second private balcony. There is private beach access from the main floor balcony. Both bedrooms have new LCD TVs with cable and DVD players, and the living room has a 40" LCD with blu-ray. WiFi is available in the unit as well, with somewhat limited bandwidth (3 Mbps, enough to stream one video at a time). In addition to closets in the unit itself, there is a private storage closet on the ground level, right by the beach and parking lot, so you don't have to lug your umbrella or beach chairs upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with towels, dishes, cookware, and small appliances (including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and crockpot). We offer a limited cleaning service for guests at no additional charge. This includes vacuuming, sanitizing counters/surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms, and replacing all bed linens and towels. This cleaning service does not include taking out the trash, washing or putting away dishes, or cleaning small appliances. We are happy to provide dishes, cookware, and small appliances for your convenience in the unit, but our cleaning service does not cover these items due to the limited time between guests on Saturdays.
This unit is perfect for a family of 4-6, a couple who wants plenty of room to relax, or a small group of friends. The main-floor bedroom has two twin beds with an attached bathroom. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. In the living room, there is a pull-out sleeper sofa with a gel-topped memory foam mattress, so it is just as comfortable as any normal bed. So you can comfortably sleep 6 in this unit.
Check-in is after 3pm on Saturday, and check-out is before 10am the following Saturday. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed, and there is no elevator. This is a time share property privately owned by several families, so not all weeks are available (please check the calendar before submitting an inquiry), and stays are always Saturday-Saturday.
