Hi, my name is Kristie and I am the general manager for our amazing beach homes and condos in Scenic 30A. I work at the front desk of nearby Redfish Village Resort on Hwy 30A in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Why Sterling Resorts chose Seagrove Beach

As the name implies, Seagrove is a village beneath a canopy of live oaks and magnolias sitting atop a high line of dunes. This early Florida neighborhood inspired its more famous neighbor, Seaside, and the two communities are linked by a few common backstreets. Inside of this nature inspired historic community you can find NatureWalk, a hidden gem that is surrounded by nature on all sides. It is 155 acres surrounded by Point Washington State Forest and is off Scenic Highway 30A. Just up the road from Seagrove are art galleries and antique stores. Eastern and Deer Lakes make wonderful spots for quiet reflection, or put in a canoe or kayak for a day of exploration around the Seagrove area. Back in the 1940s and 1950s, families came to Seagrove Beach to rent modest one-story cottages with paddle fans instead of air conditioning and wide screened porches (perfect for sleeping). The same families returned to Seagrove year after year, and now second and third generations make the journey. Relaxing but lacking

We have stayed at sugar dunes in multiple units for several years now without one complaint. This unit, however, needs some maintenance. One if the front windows is shattered, the blinds fall down when trying to close them, the dryer has to be run 3+ cycles in order to dry 1 load, the oven doesnt preheat well so everything that i cooked burned on the bottom. When opening the fold out couch for sleep the first night, the sheets were still on from the prior guest..dirty/sandy. There was also sand in the twin beds.

The weather was perfect and we had a great family experience riding bikes and on the beach ( as always). We will come back to sugar dunes but will never stay in #12 again.

we love this condo..the weather was perfect.

the condo:

dryer takes 3 times to dry a small load...same as last year

the master bath tub does not drain...same as last year.

the far left window in the back is broken...same as last year

the a/c does not cool as well.

many light bulbs were not working...master bathroom...kitchen

the wifi only works in the living room....so the kids only hung out in there. we also had to ask for the wifi password from the guy who came to fix the a/c...Saturday night at 6pm-he was great.

The pictures dont do Sugar Dunes 12 justice. We loved our stay gor yhe 30a Songwriters' Festival. It was perfect.
