This brightly decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, three-story beach home is nestled in the quiet community of Dune Allen. Hang out on one of the porches and enjoy the breeze coming in over the ocean while watching the sunset on the horizon. A king bed in the master with adjacent bath, a queen in the second and third bedrooms, two bunk beds in the fourth and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, allow for up to 14 guests to rest peacefully. Please note, unfortunately the dock is only accessible by owners and not vacationing guests. *No internet access at the home*

Hi, my name is Kristie and I am the general manager for our amazing beach homes and condos in Scenic 30A. I work at the front desk of nearby Redfish Village Resort on Hwy 30A in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Myself and my team are on hand to assist any guest that books a Scenic 30A rental through Sterling Resorts. Myself and my team are on site daily to supervise the cleaning of your rental, maintenance or any needs that may arise. Just east of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, 30-A curves toward the beach and begins its most scenic stretches in the community of Dune Allen. Dotted with dune lakes and heavily wooded, this community is primarily residential. The quiet enclave of Dune Allen offers residents a uniquely private retreat with easy access on bike or foot to the adjacent state park and the shopping and dining of nearby communities. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park encompasses 1,640 acres of stunning Gulf-front pine forests, including 14 natural wild plant communities from beach dunes to pine flatwoods. The park offers a wide variety of natural resources including 3.2 miles of secluded, white sand beaches with majestic dunes over 25 feet tall. Three rare coastal dune lakes provide excellent freshwater fishing. Dune Allen, mostly unchanged, includes many rental properties and private residences. The community is home to Oyster Lake, and many unique shops and gourmet gulf-front dining as well as Topsail Hill State Preserve. Turpentine is the legacy of nearby Topsail Hill State Preserve, named after Topsail Hill, a high, picturesque dune standing 25 feet above sea level. A century ago, workers turpentined old-growth longleaf pine trees for caulking the seam of wooden ships, a key mode of transport. Known as the most pristine coastal property in Florida, the preserve is one of only two remaining natural populations of the nocturnal, endangered Choctawhatchee beach mouse.

Great house with even greater views!

My family loved everything about Chili Pepper.The house is very spacious and the bunk room was perfect for our kids. The house was very well stocked which was a bonus. The best thing about this house is the amazing views you get of the lake and the beach, yes I said both! It was the best of both worlds. The beach is just a short walk and our kids loved having the pool also. We will for sure be coming back to Chili Pepper!

Awesome lake front and beach view

This is a great house for vacation. Covered porch overlooking Oyster lake. Short walk to the beach which you can see from the house. Pool to rinse off after a day at the beach. We loved it!

May 2016 Stay

Not happy at all. We got here on time and the property was not ready. We had set it up for early arrival . The person at the property was rude. The grass and yard looked like it has been being maintained. Then they tell us someone would be coming to do the yard the next day. so we didn't get out our chairs and tables etc. so we waited all day and nobody showed up. Now this Memorial day weekend. So late afternoon we set everything up. You would think the place

would be ready for ppl to stay. Now it's Wednesday they are doing the yards and we can't even enjoy the pool. They are spraying

chemicals and it stinks. The house is not in the condition that it shows online. The fence is falling and the railing, nails sticking up out of the deck, the house smells like mold,threshold coming up at front door and cause our son to fall, paint coming off the

ceiling, the cabinets in the kitchen look bad all scratched up and more. I'm so unhappy with the property and disappointed. I would not recommend this property or any
