The views from the house are amazing

  • 5 of 5

We were looking for a place to get away from it all and just relax. We found exactly what we were looking for. The house is decorated in an electic style. We found it very tranquil. The windows in the house give you such an magnificent view of a close by mountain. you can sit in the living room and enjoy the view. The master bedroom though open to see below is private and also has a great view of the nearby mountain. The views are stunning. The kitchen area also has a great view of the fire pit area and the little fish pond. We were very happy with our stay and found we didn't really need to go anywhere to enjoy our time away.. For us the house and the property was just what we came for. There is also a beautiful elk on the property and the kids got a great view of him. Les himself is a great Host and made our time there very enjoyable.

Oh and the jacuzzi is an added bonus! really enjoyed ourselves.

I highly recommend, and look foward to returning.

Beautiful and secluded

  • 5 of 5

The property was just as the pictures showed, a work of art. Though there is only one elk left, Les now has horses and cows. The horses were friendly and let us pet them, and they weren't afraid of our giant dog. Les gave us a great idea for a dinner restaurant that was dog friendly and has bands on the weekend. We loved it there. The watering hole nearby was also fun to visit. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested.

Les was the best host and very informative. It was great to see the Elk, cows. baby calves and the horses. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and the log cabin was beautiful. We also enjoyed the hot tub everyday (many times) . The best part was seeing the animals and the baby animals feeding off there mother. I wanted to take a baby calf home but my husband said no :( This was a good time for us to get away from the hustle and bustle of work ( both self employed). Both our dogs, yellow lab and pitbull, enjoyed their stay as well. Thank you Les for your asparagus it was the most tasty. It went well with Cowboy Steaks and potatoes! Until next time enjoy your summer. Too all who read this I hope you can find it helpful in choosing your next stay.
