Imagine yourself in a tropical paradise, where the sun shines

everyday over sparkling sea waters and glistening white

This is Marco Island … a haven… not only for you, but also for

dolphins, manatees, sea turtles and ospreys. And don’t forget

the glorious sunsets. Each evening brings a more spectacular

panorama than the night before. Can you see yourself there?

We’d like to offer you a little nest in paradise … a one bedroom

condo on the second floor, nicely furnished and filled with all the

amenities needed for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing

stay. It is our home-away-from-home, our special retreat, where being in our living room feels like being on the beach.

And we would like to share it with you.

About The Owner

My wife and I are retired teachers and we have been coming to Marco Island for the past 15 + years. We love the relaxed, comfortable and convenient lifestyle on the island. This is our second home and we maintain it with loving care. We come here to rest, recuperate and rejuvenate!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2009

Why The Owner chose Florida South Gulf Coast

We love floating in the ocean, walks on the beach, the spectacular sunsets, and star gazing from our balcony. When we feel more energetic, there are so many water sports, shops, restaurants and places to go that we can fill our days with lots of fun activities. This is the easiest, most convenient place to travel to that has warm and sunny weather, even in winter.

What makes this condo unique

Spectacular view from in the unit or on the huge balcony; easy access to the beach; pool, hot tub, and gym never seem too crowded; walk up or take elevator to the unit; very clean and well maintained complex; safe and secure; restaurant on the premises; more restaurants, shopping and movie theater within walking distance; public transit readily available; many places of worship nearby.

Great view ☀️🌊

Thank you Mr and Mrs Fusca for allowing us the opportunity to rent your condo. Unit 206 has an amazing view of the beach and an extra large terrace where you can lay back and soak in the Rays. It is conveniently located steps to the elevator and laundry room. We will definitely be coming back soon!!!

Perfect Getaway!

This is a fabulous property that is easily accessible and perfect for 2 people. The accommodations are amazing. Having the kitchen allowed us to view the sunset and eat a leisurely dinner without fighting the crowds around town! The panoramic view is spectacular from this balcony. In fact it is directly above the Sunset Grille which everyone flocks to for the viewing of the sunset. Only we are by ourselves. The restaurant is not loud or intrusive into this little oasis. The management are extremely friendly and helpful. Their is a short walk to the beach but not bad at all. Access to restaurants and shopping is a hike from here but we had a rental car so it was not problem at all. Bring quarters to do laundry. It takes $1.75 for wash and $1.50 for dryer. During our stay the dryer was not working on our floor. Management is replacing the units so we had to go to the 3rd floor. No real biggie. The assigned covered parking is great. However, we had an issue with someone parking in our spot halfway through our stay but the management told us to park in another spot that was not assigned which ended up being available for the duration of our stay. I loved the balcony but would suggest another chaise lounge chair so 2 people could sit out together. We spent every morning watching the dolphins swimming and watched sunsets every evening. While on Marco Island check out Lee Be Fish and the Crazy Flamingo. Both local spots that serve amazing food and great atmosphere. Stay away from Snook In. Too touristy and food not anything to write home about. We took the backwater adventure and had a blast. Highly recommend it. Also book your fishing and shelling tour with Reel Kind Adventure. Captain Jesse and Bonnie are the best to work with. Don't miss walking on Tiger Tail Beach for fabulous shelling. You will not be disappointed but bring lots of water and wear water socks. You will be glad you did. we will come back to the property again. It is amazing.

We had an amazing week staying at this condo and this unit specifically. Spectacular view, easy beach access and all the comforts of home. The convenience of the Sunset Grille in the same building was even nicer. Nice accommodations for a couple.Will be returning next year.
