Hi def TV, wifi. King bed and twins have luxury Macy's mattresses. Very clean. Quiet building with mountain views. Easy drive to Universal Studios and all theme parks, gardens, observatory, beaches and Beverly Hills. Very close to Burbank airport and Glendale. Synagogues and kosher restaurants in the area.

Across the road from Valley Community College and its pool, walking tracks and bike paths, this mountain facing home is full of homely details including refurbished hardwood floors, new pine kitchen cabinets with granite counters and all appliances, large TV with HD, library of books, high-speed wifi, luxury mattresses and linens, very clean.

We needed a place for our family that was close the Valley Village Jewish neighborhood and this was perfect. Vicky provided a hot water urn as well. Plenty of space - trundle bed is a bonus and a crib so we were well looked after. Easy parking, clean, well stocked, what a great find!

All around great stay

Very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed apartment in a great location. The owner, Vicky, was very responsive to my pre-booking questions and emails. She provided very clear and detailed arrival and occupancy instructions so that the stay was perfect. Nice touches such as snacks waiting for us on arrival made us feel like we were family guests. There was some road and neighbor noise, but nothing disturbing (as expected for an apartment in a densely-populated area on a main street). I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again.

Flawless stay in wonderful location

What can I say, our experience was so positive, we are returning again soon!

The owner Vicky was a pleasure to work with, the transaction for booking was flawless.

She definitely has the entire experience dialed-in. The condo was as described, very lovely unit that was even a little more spacious than originally imagined. Would highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Universal Studios

It was so nice to be only a very short drive to Universal Studios, but have the comfort of a home for our family. So nice to have 2 twin beds for our kids. They are always happy to have their own space. Kitchen was just right for making a healthy breakfast in the AM and making some snacks in the evening. Living room is comfortable. Bathroom was just right. Yes, there are neighbors upstairs that make a bit of noise, but truthfully not a big deal! We didn't hang around during the day and they were quite by the time we wanted to go to bed. Still much quieter and less annoying than a hotel. Whole Foods Grocery store is just down the road. There is an In N Out Burger place not far away. Shark's Woodfire Mexican Grill is awesome!! If you have time, be sure to visit the Griffith Observatory and, YES, watch the movie! Vicky was VERY attentive and extremely helpful. It is very apparent how much she cares about her property and the guests that stay there. She is accommodating and communicates well via email.

We had a good stay, with four adults and 2 dogs.

The apartment was comfortable with all the basics. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe. Apt D however faces busy Burbank Ave, so bedrooms had some traffic noise, but not bad in winter. We enjoyed walking the length of "the Great Wall of LA"- a mural on the river wall, that tells the history of California.

The only down side of our experience: when we arrived, the keys were NOT in the lockbox. We were locked out. The cleaning crew working next door called someone after a while to help us get in.

The owner is generally very quick to respond, except on Fri night and Saturday. Text is best for communicating.
