Breathtaking views of Lake Bryan and the surrounding area will greet guests vacationing at the Montserrat condo at Blue Heron Resort. Enjoy 4- Star vacation living and superb resort amenities just a mile away from Walt Disney World. There are plenty of family-friendly activities close-by, with popular shopping malls, restaurants, and fun local attractions. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are an easy drive from the resort.
Montserrat features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed, 17” TV with DVD player, and an attached master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a private balcony off of the master bedroom, perfect for a relaxing breakfast with tea or coffee to jump-start the day. A second bedroom comes complete with a set of twin beds and a 17” TV. Bunk beds nestled in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room is provided for the rest of the family.
Research delicious meals ahead of your vacation to cook in your private, fully-equipped kitchen. We’ll provide all pots and pans, dishes, glassware, and eating utensils. A large living room TV with DVD player provides the perfect setting for a family movie night. Keep in contact with relatives with the available Wi-Fi connection. The clothes washer and clothes dryer are provided as a convenience.
** Please Note: There will be an additional $85.00 Clean Fee added to the cost of this rental, plus tax of 13%. This fee is to cover departure cleaning at the end of your vacation.
The overall condo is nice and I liked the layout (livingroom/kitchen) was cramped with too much furniture. The cleaning service apparently doesn't like to clean as the floors were dirty (hair and lint on carpet). This leads me to believe what else was dirty and not sanitized. I wrote to the management company and they never responded.
The management company also directed us to the wrong place for our stay. They never told us we had to go and get keys at another location 20 minutes away! After 15 minutes of confusion at the front desk for the resort we were lead to the place to get keys. The customer service agent then told us that we had to RETURN the keys before we left at 4 AM and 20 minutes away!! After I didn't seem happy the customer rep. told me I could leave the key in the room. The paperwork states you will get a $25.00 charge for unreturned keys so let's hope that I don't.
The directions to the place is also unclear as to where we actually park and what building we are in. After trying to get into someone else's condo we figured it out.
