This condo features a separate living room, full service kitchen and 2 double beds. You can walk to the Boardwalk, Main Street and the Ocean Walk Entertainment Center. The Ocean Walk Center has restaurants, night clubs, and movie theaters.

Located on the corner of Atlantic ave and International Speedway you are in the center of all the fun activities Daytona Beach has to offer and only a few minutes from the track.

Great room, great price. Condo is in great location, can walk to many places. No drive section of beach is great. Even the ladies at the front desk made positive comments about this room. Comfy beds. Easy access to elevator. I rent from owners often, and I think this one probably offers more than most. Many items supplied that I am not used to having. I only wish the resort had a little more to offer. Pretty quiet within the resort, yet easy to walk to entertainment. There were no hot tubs, grills, or tiki bar on site, even tho I think a tiki bar may be under construction. The air conditioner seemed to struggle for the first couple of days, but thanks to the two ceiling fans and an additional fan that is provided in the room, we were fine. If we go back to Daytona, I would rent again.

Perfect Location! Perfect Vacation!

I just read Missy M.'s review and find it hard to believe we stayed at the same place! I visited with my daughter and 2 grandsons and the condo was perfect for us. Yes, the building is older and shows signs of wear and tear. We saw construction equipment in the parking lot, but we never heard a thing. The condo isn't super fancy, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't use the stove and I wonder why some rust on top of the fridge is a big issue? The fresh smell of the linens was heavenly - I wish I knew what the cleaning service uses on the laundry! The temperature was quite cool and comfortable.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables by the pools and only steps to the beach, which thrilled my grandsons. The condo is centrally located with easy access to everything the Daytona Beach area has to offer. Be sure to eat at "The Black Sheep"!

The reservation system through HomeAway is seamless, check-in was a breeze, and Anthony even called me with an answer to a question before our stay. My deposit was back in 4 days. Thank you, Anthony, for sharing your condo. We hope to visit again.

I stayed at this property with my husband and two children. Upon arriving I was never told there was construction going on at the hotel. It wasn't a problem until the next morning when we would of loved to sleep in but were awakened bright and early by loud banging from the construction crew. This continued every day till we left. It was very hot outside and of course expected the room to be nice and cool. It was never a comfortable temperature and we never slept with the blanket on us at night because it was so hot. No matter how far we turned the thermostat down it never got any cooler. We had planned on having the kids sleep on the couch but when we unfolded the pull out couch we noticed there were dark stains all over the mattress that absolutely disgusted us. Needless to say the kids slept on one of the twin beds. The microwave and the toaster oven were absolutely disgusting. Both had rust stains as well as the stove top. We bought pizzas to cook in the oven but had to toss those out. The oven burnt the top of the pizza black and the bottom was still soft. We tried to turn it down and cook the second one but had the same result. The dough was raw on both pizzas. All though we were having some issues we decided to suck it up and enjoy our vacation. Upon leaving we cleaned the entire condo like we were asked to do. We left that place thinking it looked better than it did when we came in. After we returned home I waited a few days and then inquired about the security deposit. I sent several messages to the owner for over a month and could not get an answer. When I finally got an answer I was in shock. He blamed us for supposedly breaking the couch and he claimed the top of the refrigerator was not cleaned and basically we were not getting the security deposit back. I know for a fact I reached under the cabinet and got a brillo pad to try and scrub the rust off the stove top myself. I used cleaner and wiped it all down. I wrote the owner back to let him know the stove was cleaned and there's no way we broke the couch. He insisted we did with no proof at all. He said the stove (that had rust on it and burnt pizza) was brand new and that rust could not be an issue. I feel like the owner falsely advertised this condo. I would not recommend renting this property or renting from this owner. I have always used VRBO to rent my condos and have never had a problem and have always gotten the deposit back.

Daytona Inn is in transition. Remodeling is underway and when done will be beautiful!

My condo was in the not yet remodeled area of the buildings, but was spacious and lovely! Clean, well stocked with all provisions needed, acquired at a very reasonable price made our stay one of the most fun filled stays. The beach was on the "private" side, no cars were allowed to drive, people were limited, and you got the sense you were enjoying the waters on your own private beach. Sunrises from your balcony, spectacular!!! Anthony, the owner, answered all questions reliably and quickly, and if you are worried about getting back your deposit DON'T. It was in my bank acct in 3 days. All transactions were smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful! When all construction is completed this resort will be 5 star.

Location, Location, Location

You could not get a better view and location if you paid $1,000.00 per night. Just Excellent.

The unit was exactly as pictured down to the furniture so no surprises. The kitchen was better equipped then most of the rentals we have stayed at in the past. The staff on site were great and the restaurant was good opened early and stayed open late. Anthony was on spot with communication. Always replied within 24 hours very impressed.

The only negatives were the sliding door took two hands to open and close and there was screen. The bathtub was showing it's age, but was clean. The stopper flipper was missing. These were minor things and we had a great time and would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat. Keep in mind this is an older building with construction going on to fix some structural problems. So it might look a little scary pulling into the parking lot. I would rather see a property that is trying to maintain the buildings as they get older then neglect or tearing them down.
