Welcome to our spacious 90 square metre apartment near Montparnasse train station!

This beautiful apartment is composed of a large dining/sitting room, two separate bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), a modern fully equipped kitchen, one large bedroom, one smaller bedroom (total two bedrooms) as well as a balcony offering an incredible panoramic view: you can see both the Eiffel tower and the Montparnasse tower.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

-1 double bed for 2 adults/children

-1 double bed for 2 adults/children

It is located on the sixth floor with elevator and was completely refurbished at the end of 2011. It is in absolutely mint condition!

It is tastefully decorated with a contemporary style. It is very bright as it has many full bay windows (equipped with electrical shutters). Of course the apartment has all the modern amenities including TV, internet, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. In summer you can enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking Paris.

Car parking is available (extremely rare in Paris!) The car park is located in the same building and accessible via the main elevator. The rate for this extra is 20 EUR/day.

The apartment is conveniently located five minutes' walk from Montparnasse train station (trains to the south west and west of France). The Gaité area one block away is a lively nightspot with theatres, cinemas, hip bars and restaurants allowing you to enjoy your Paris stay fully.

The closest metro stop is Gaité on line 13 and there is a grocery store (called Biocoop) on the ground floor of the neighbouring building. If you are coming by car the closest périphérique exit is Porte d’Orléans.

The calendar is up to date, last minute reservations are welcome!

The host was very good to receive us personally and even recommended us to some of the restaurants. From the apartment, we could see 3/4 of the Eiffel Tower, which was fantastic. We could see the flashing lights which only lights up at 10p.m. during summer time from our balcony. The apartment is clean and big with 2 bed rooms. The apartment is only near to the metro so it was convenient getting around. Would recommend this place!
