I enjoyed my stay here. Apartment is well furnished, spacious, and secure--on an upper floor in a tall apartment building. Great views and light. Quiet inside; outside is...well, Brooklyn! Location is handy to public transportation and cafes.
Only downside for me was the key pickup, which was arranged at a nearby cafe. This would work well if you are arriving and leaving when the cafe is open, but as a cross country traveler this was very inconvenient for me and needed a third party's help. This should be disclosed early, not 2-3 days before the trip.
Nicer bed linens would also improve the experience.
This was my first time using a vacation rental and I will gladly do it again. Why stay at a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home and live more like a local? The apartment was exactly as described. Very sunny and great view! Location was in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Steps away from the subway. Easy walking distance to good restaurants in Clinton Hill and Fort Greene. I had the best donut of my life at the Saturday Fort Greene Flea Market. About a 5-10 minute walk to the better stocked grocery stores on Fulton.
Shalini was very accommodating. I inquired if there was a coffee maker and when I arrived she had the coffee maker and filters ready to go! As a family of three the space was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental.
