Welcome to our super cosy, Duplex apartment in central Paris, right in the heart of the famous Saint Germain-6th arrondissement!

This 50 square meters apartment is sunny and quiet, located on the 5th and last floor of a traditional building.

Parisian, 18th century building. There is a large staircase, the kind that you only see in movies! No elevator so you may want to pack lightly for this trip.

The apartment is fully equipped with all you need for your Paris stay, including internet and TV. It accommodates up to 4 people (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 single bed).

The main living area is on the lower floor of the apartment, the bathroom/WC and second sleeping area are on the top floor.

On the lower floor you will find: the kitchen (equipped with microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and utensils), the sitting area, the dining area, the first sleeping area. The apartment is loft-style with no closed rooms apart from the bathroom.

The location is truly amazing, you are within walking distance from some of the greatest attractions in Paris, along with restaurants, bars, fashionable boutiques and parks. It is also very conveniently located for access to/from both airports and all major train stations.

The calendar is up to date, last minute reservations are welcome!

We had a great stay at Erik's flat. The beds were all comfy and it could have slept 4 with no problem. It's about 3 minutes to a metro stop, which was really handy for exploring Paris. The neighborhood has plenty of cafe's and shopping nearby, but not a whole lot of places to actually eat dinner, so plan ahead. Like other's said, it is a 6 story walk up and the bath has a hand held shower spray but no traditional shower but neither were a deal breaker for us.
