Beautiful & Spacious Townhouse, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleep 4)

Ours is a luxury townhouse-stye condo in a gated, very quiet and peaceful development - Kulalani. Our property is located a short walk (approximately 2 minutes) to the development's private recreation area that is one of the finest in the area featuring a large lagoon pool (with keiki pool), a lap pool, two hot tubs, a well-equipped and air conditioned exercise facility and an outdoor pavilion for entertainment.

We are close to two championship golf courses, fantastic beaches are a short drive away, and we have access to very nice restaurants. A very well-stocked grocery store a short walk or ride away. Our property has a large covered lanai on main floor with a gas BBQ with an outside kitchen. A covered lanai is also located on second floor off the master bedroom suite. Both lanai's have patio furniture, are in shade most of the day and are protected from the wind.

Access to Mauna Lani Beach Club is included with rental. We have provided a variety of adult and children's beach toys, including boogy boards, chairs and umbrellas. Surf boards and paddle boards can be rented at the beach club.

The property was everything we were seeking for a relaxing vacation. The pictures did not deceive.

Our stay at Mauna Lani was excellent. The condo was just right and clean as a whistle. The amenities at the resort were outstanding as well. The private beach access was great. The pool area was as good as it gets too. Very happy with everything about it. If we ever get back to the Big Island, we would not hesitate renting this condo again.

As for the owners, John and Htet Htet Pierce, I cannot thank them enough for being so accommodating to us in our situation on getaway day. The checkout time is 10am and our flight did not leave until 8pm that night. After an email and text we were able to negotiate a later checkout at 5pm. Thankfully they did not have renters coming in that day. It made a world of difference to us to be able to stay later.

So, if you are looking for an excellent place to stay with owners that are responsive and willing to work with you, this is definitely the place.

Beautiful home and surroundings.

Kitchen fully stocked and everything immaculate. The private beach is the only place you need to go. Saw turtles, eels and even an Octopus! Loved it and would stay here any time I stay on the Big Island.

Nice Condo!! Nice Beach Club! Nice bathroom!

We have stayed in different locations on the big island and if your looking for comfort this is the place to stay, the bathroom suit is amazing with a jet tub and the access to the private beach club is really great because it has a really calm bay with excellent snorkeling plus a bar/food

Also we've stayed in places on the islands and most of them have small air conditioners in the window, but this condo has nice central air conditioning which makes for a comfortable stay and sleep during the night

*Beautiful property*

This beautiful two bedroom condo is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. It is quiet and peaceful, perfectly equipped with all you would need in the kitchen. I am a coffee drinker and was thrilled to find a large carafe drip coffee maker. It got a lot of use with four jet-lagged adults sipping coffee on the patio enjoying the birds and lizards. We took advantage of the beach towels and club house access which was absolutely wonderful. We always found empty chairs at the beach, which was never crowded. Snorkel equipment can be rented there, and there is good information on where to go for novice and experienced snorkelers - a

a great place for kids. The walk from the beach over to the Fairmont Orchid was awesome because it takes you through historic fish ponds which are fun to explore. The condo is a 10 minute walk from the state beach park (we saw turtles) and the historic Petroglyph park (interesting hike through Mesquite woods). It's also just a minute down the road to the grocery store, which sells just about everything you might need to stock your fridge or beach bag. We loved our six night stay and will be back! Thanks John and Htet Htet for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful stay! Great for families!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had an amazing stay. We had everything we needed and the townhouse is in a great location. Facilities were wonderful and hardly used (like having a private pool!) Took a sailing/snorkeling trip right out of Mauni Lani and experienced the best snorkeling with so many sea turtles! Would recommed without hesitation. John and Hte Hte responded quickly, check-in and check out instructions were easy to follow. Short walk to the shops! Fun beach club with good dining. We will definitely be back! Amazing memories. Wonderful accommodations!
