We had a very good time at your cabin. The place is very well equipped (
the kitchen utensils and the wine glasses were very much appreciated, and
the gift bottle too! Thanks) and the cabin really agreeable to live in and
well organized. We loved the gas stove, it is so convenient and easy to use.
Adam and Kendra, We had a great time in your cabin. Our grandkids loved the air hockey and wii. The house was immaculate. You supplied everything we could need. It's always great to stay at a house that has all the comforts of life. We definitely are interested in renting again next year. Thanks again. Ann and Leo
We had a great stay at this log cabin. It is very clean and comfortable. The owners are very easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome in their home. The location is great and near many mountain attractions. Highly recommend staying here!
The Luth Lodge is a wonderful cabin to stay in for a nice weekend getaway. It's tucked away in the White Mountains with great scenery. The cabin is only a few years old and it was beautifully built and super cozy. The kitchen and fireplace were my favorite features of the cabin.
My boyfriend booked a weekend getaway for us since I'm from the west coast and he wanted to show me the fall foliage. Unfortunately we were about a week too late since many of the leaves started to fall already, but to our surprise (at least for me), it started to snow the last night of our stay! It doesn't snow often in Seattle so it was wonderful to see.
We'd definitely come back and the Luth family were really nice according to my boyfriend since he communicated mostly with them. Thank you for welcoming us into your cabin, we hope to be back soon!
My family and I (including children under the age of 7) had an amazing time at the Luth Lodge! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and the proximity to family-fun (hikes, mountains, Santa's Village, etc.) could not be beat. Except for one day, the weather was great. On the one day it did rain, we enjoyed hunkering down in the house and just enjoying its ambiance. Adam was so helpful and responsive. We HIGHLY recommend this lovely cabin.
Adam & Kendra's cabin was fantastic! It was beautiful, clean, well furnished and felt like home while we were there. All the amenities you could ever want, beautiful scenery all around and conveniently located close to lots of scenic attractions. We hiked to Arethusa Falls (tough hike but worth it), road the van up to the top of Mount Washington and walked along the Flume Gorge. We spent 3 days at the cabin with our grown children and everyone just loved it. We roasted hot dogs and marshmellows over the fire pit, played air hockey in the basement, and slept very well on the comfortable beds with the windows open letting in fresh mountain air. If we ever have the chance to go back to the NH mountains, the Luth cabin is where we will stay.
Only took a few minutes after arrival to decide we made the right choice with the Luth Lodge. Adam gave great advice on places to hike and walk. We saw 2 Moose down one of the trails not far from the lodge. The view of the Mountains was wonderful especially watching the lightning and hearing the thunder off in the distance. The cabin was very warm and homey. We loved cooking on the grill and enjoying the piece and quiet out on the deck. The cabin was fully stocked with all the dinnerware you could possibly need and then more. Adam made sure everything went smoothly and was easy to reach of we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great stay in the White Mountains.
You are a short ride from great skiing at either Bretton Woods or Cannon Mountain. Attitash and Loon Mountain are each about 35 minutes away. Plenty of room for your trailers in the yard and snowmobile from the our cabin directly onto the trail system. Excellent fishing in nearby streams and rivers. Echo and Profile lake with a beach located nearby for swimming and canoeing. Nearby attractions include the Mt. Washington Cog Railway, Mt. Washington Auto Road, The Flume Gorge, Cannon Tramway, Cannon Ski Museum, Santa's Village and Six Gun City all within a reasonable ride. You could always go antiquing, dining, outlet shopping, golfing or just take a scenic drive. Another great option is to just sit on the back deck and enjoy the view with your favorite drink.
