Welcome to Chalet Brochaux, a beautiful alpine chalet within the famous Vallee D'Aulps, close to Morzine, Avoriaz and Les Gets, and the surrounding Portes Du Soleil area of the Rhone-Alps. The chalet can sleep 6-8 people in comfort on a self-catered basis, and gives perfect access to all alpine sports for which this region is known as one of the best in the world, both in winter and summer.
Chalet Brochaux is perfectly situated just a short drive down the Vallee D'Aulps from the main towns of Morzine and Montriond, in the village of Le Biot. Situated at 900m, the Chalet is on the edge of Le Biot, at the start of the infamous Col Du Corbier climb, which is a 'must do' for cyclists in the area during the summer.
The Chalet also offers perfect access to the 650kms a skiing on offer within the Portes Du Soleil area, being only a short bus or car journey - 12kms - from the Ardent, Pleney or Super-Morzine lifts; the lifts at St Jean D'Aulps are also only 6.5kms away, offering access to the tranquil Roc D'Enfer ski area.
Being a year round resort, the Morzine area also offers wonderful access to the mountains via selected lifts for walkers, climbers and mountain bike enthusiasts. Due to its position in the vallee, the chalet also offers easy access to Lac Leman (Lake Geneva), and the international airport beyond, which is less than 60kms from the Chalet.
Chalet Brochaux is a modern chalet, built in appreciation of the history of the surrounding local architecture, and is divided up over 3 floors, including a basement area and garage.

The top floor of the Chalet offers 3 double bedrooms. The master room has a king size bed with direct access to the bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed with a balcony, and the 3rd bedroom has the option of twin or a double. A family bathroom serves all 3 bedrooms with a separate shower cubicle and bath. For additional guests another two people can utilise the double sofa bed in the lounge on the ground floor.
The ground floor is home to the lounge with patio doors leading to the double decking and breathtaking views of the Vallee D'Aulps and the opposite hamlet of Seytroux, the dining area, and the galley kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (in the garage).
Also on this floor is a convenient additional washroom, and access to the garage and basement areas, perfect secure storage for skis, snowboards, bikes and even your car if you wish. Underfloor heating is provided through the entire living area on the ground floor.
Outside of the chalet is ample parking at the front entrance, and offers easy access to the garage which can hold one car. From the double decks at the valley side of the chalet, the views are unparalleled, and the garden captures sunlight from early morning right through to sunset, all year round, it truly is an idyllic setting to enjoy the large alpine rock garden the chalet offers.

Das Haus ist toll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Eigentlich alles da was man auch zuhause hat zum Wohnen!
Guter Kontakt mti Vermieter und Dan der dort wohll in der Nähe wohnt. Er bemüht sich das Haus sauber zu halten und ist für andere Fragen auch da. Zum Zeitpunkt August 2016 leider nur englischer Sender im TV.
Wir würden wieder kommen.
