The radiant in-the-floor heat provides superior comfort and an even temperature throughout. This home is beautifully furnished and has been described as 'a home away from home'. The oversized master bedroom, with exceptional views, has a king-sized bed plus a love seat that converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath.

The living room has a queen sofa bed and a love seat that converts to a twin bed. The well-equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops, has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. All appliances, including a washer/dryer are part of the conveniences of this exceptional home. The dining room provides a perfect place for entertaining. There's a third bath on the main floor with a shower. High speed wireless, two televisions and a natural gas grill are a few of its features.

Summit County is such a special place. It offers everything: skiing, boating, hiking, 4-wheeling, site-seeing and shopping. It's not that far from the Denver area where I live full time which makes it an easy drive to enjoy the townhouse whenever I can.

What makes this townhome unique

The home is conveniently located in the county. It's walking distance to the theater, grocery store, restaurants, shops and highways 6 & 9 plus I-70. The radiant in-the-floor heat throughout is a special benefit in the winter. The heated garage is also a plus and the views from the bedrooms are spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, nicely stocked kitchen, quality beds, and roomy.

The stay at this place went well. The kitchen was well stocked, nice table set for eating and the bar area. Plenty of towels and blankets. The garage worked out well for storing ski/snowboard items. We had 3 vehicles, so parked the 3rd vehicle about 2 blocks down the street.

It took us awhile to find the Hot Tub as we didn't find the building immediately. When I finally took time to read the papers provided with the keys, there was a layout map that pointed out the hot tub location. We enjoyed the hot tub the 3rd evening after snowboarding. So could have more details in initial email information on hot tub location.

It was very easy to get too, close access to shops, grocery, and dining. Great access to the local ski area's, and would work well for summer activities too.

Will keep this place in mind for a future opportunity.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your response. The complex has four areas for guest parking. The information about the hot tub with the combination to the lock is given out at the time of check in. In the future I will explain in my instructions that the hot tub access and map will be given at the same time the keys are picked up.

Great location and property

Enjoyed a week here for visiting Summit County, shopping and skiing. Home in very good condition, clean and tidy. Had everything you need just like home. Although we did not do any cooking. Busy enjoying the local resturants. We will return ! Karen, thank for a wonderful accommodation. Your attention to any detail is great and we enjoyed working with you on the booking. Great home and wonderful host

This was a very convenient location. It is near lots of restaurants and the outlets. This trip we went to Vail which took about 35 minutes and Keystone is less than 10 minutes away. Karen, the host, was very kind and checked on us often. The townhouse is very comfortable. There is a one car garage which is very nice especially when it was snowing. Enjoyed our stay there.

Karen's townhouse is a wonderful place to stay.

We have traveled out West many times for ski vacations and have stayed at many different properties. Karen's townhouse is one of our favorites. It is immaculate, well-equipped and just downright comfortable. The location couldn't be better. Close to the ski areas, as well as to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Karen couldn't be nicer to deal with. If we travel to Summit County again, we hope Karen's townhouse will be available.

Very close to skii reaort like loveland and keyatone copper mountain. New decoration and has everything for daily life. It even provide sleigh for my kid, so considerable!

Great place to stay for our Holiday Ski Vacation!

The condo was centrally located to skiing (Keystone, A-basin, Copper) shopping and entertainment. Spacious condo was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the fireplace ,heated floors and garage - kept us warm and toasty! Ski boots left in the lower level were warm and ready to go in the morning. We are looking forward to a future stay!
