About this property

The house is very private on the east side of the lake and would be great for a monthly rental while building a home on the lake, a family retreat, summer home, or a sabbatical. Located on a quiet, private cove known for some of the best skiing on the lake. We do our best to keep the house and property well maintained. Pet friendly with fenced in yard.

Three large screen TV's - 60" on main level with Surround Sound, Harmony remote, and outdoor deck speakers...43" in the Master Bedroom...and a 51' TV on the basement level...great for the kids! TV's also in Basement King, and Queen Bedrooms...

Kitchen has all stainless appliances w/ granite counter tops - reclaimed heart pine floors on main floor with carpet, hardwoods, and tile in the basement which is a perfect place for kids while adults enjoy the deck upstairs with a fantastic view of the lake.

The front of the house has a large concrete parking pad and is fenced in so kids or pets can play. The lake side of the house has a large flat grass area perfect for corn hole, volleyball or croquet...

Private Boat Ramp is literally 100 yards from house - bring your Boat or PWC and tie it up to the dock and enjoy the fantastic fishing and boating offered on Lake Oconee. Dock is lighted and also includes a green fishing light mounted under the dock for attracting bait fish and watching fish swim right below your feet...super cool!

Multiple golf courses in the area...Harbor Club and The Landing at Reynolds are two of my favorites...

House is located next to a wooded area and the cove is very private and is perfect for skiing or tubing...

Wonderful house and location wirh perfect layout for family

Awesome house and perfect layout for a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside covered porch and open deck as well as the dock!!

Long weekend at the lake.

The house was beautiful and well equipped. There was plenty of space for our three generations to enjoy without feeling crowded. We highly recommend it and would like to go back in the future.

We live in Atlanta with our 16 year old daughter and our 14 year old son...we really enjoy our time at the Lake...it is the perfect place to chill, grill a steak, open a cold beer and listen to the quiet...

Why they chose this property

We chose to build this house on Lake Oconee because we wanted to be able to get away from Atlanta with our two children. It is centrally located between Atlanta and Augusta and is a great lake with great water near fantastic golf courses, a Ritz Carlton resort that is only a 10 minute boat ride away, great restaurants, family friendly, and still is uncrowded. Hope you enjoy this little piece of heaven in the middle of nowhere as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Lake is 60 feet away...kids and dogs play in the fenced front yard while we relax on the back deck with a cool drink or book...stars at night are unbelievable...relaxation is there for you...
