The geometric shaped open kitchen is light and airy and has everything you need to prepare a good meal for your friends or family. With modern appliances and a lot of counter space, you’ll feel right at home cooking in this clean kitchen. For those wanting a more informal dining experience there’s a small glass table that seats 4 to the side of the kitchen. When you require a more formal dining experience, you can choose to dine in the luxurious dining room which boasts a grand wooden table that seats 6. Decorated with plants, wall paintings and beautiful lighting features, you’ll really be able to enjoy a home cooked meal in style. Next to the dining area you’ll find the comfortable living room with its cozy sofas that are placed in front of the designer coffee table and home entertainment unit where you’ll be able to watch TV or a DVD.

Bedroom Layout:

The master bedroom is grandly designed. With its minimalistic wooden furniture and king-size bed, you’ll feel comfortable and easily be able to get a good night’s rest. The bedroom also boasts its own private bathroom which includes a bath and separate shower, giving you all the privacy you need. The second master bedroom is light with its large arch shaped window letting in sunlight. With its queen sized bed, ornate wooden furniture and wall hangings, you’ll also enjoy the same comfort as the first master bedroom. Additionally, guests staying in the second master bedroom will have their own en-suite bathroom as well. The brightly decorated twin bedrooms have all the necessary bedroom furniture and there’s a lot of storage space. The colors and decoration choices of these 2 rooms are perfect for any younger people staying in the home.

You and your family will love the large concreted patio area that surrounds the lagoon shaped pool. You’ll be able to swim, sunbathe or rest under the covered lanai; the choice is yours, but one thing’s for sure is that you’ll really enjoy everything this home has to offer.

The worst

There's more cons than pros.

Pros:

The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Cons:

Infestation of ants

No toiletries

A/c broke on the third day of our 5 day trip which made us cut our trip early because we couldn't bare to sleep in a house that was 82°.

Called the owner 8 times back to back to resolve the a/c situation and he didn't answer nor call back.

Emailed the owner to compensate me for the days I didn't stay and he still hasn't gotten back to me.

The house is all carpet so it had a funky smell

The couch in the living room is fabric so it also had a weird smell and everything was out dated.

The a/c is also on a schedule so the house stayed at 78° the entire time when it was working.

Each window was missing 2-3 blinds so I felt like people can see me changing and sleeping.

Overall the experience was not enjoyable. Would definately not stay here again.

Owner's Response: We apologize for the issues that you incurred during your stay however when we heard about the ants we did send a pest technician to the property within the hour. In regards to the AC, you reported the issue at 12 PM and we sent someone to fix the issue by 5 PM, the some day. In regards to the blinds, we apologize for this issue however it is has since been fixed. We can also assure any future guests that all starter toiletries are provided however beyond that this is a self catering property. We did provide a late check out for free but did not feel any further compensation was warranted due to how quickly we addressed the issues. We can and do assure any future guests these issues will not occur again and we hope that you choose to stay in another IPG property in the future.

Small living quarters and needs to be sprayed for tiny ants but they were quick to respond to issues.
